The new check in process was friendly and easy. The forward facing personnel made the interactions easier and helpful. It is nice to not have to check in with a kiosk for healthcare. The staff was welcoming and supportive in lab, back office and front office. This interaction helped ease my anxiety and helped make a positive impact on the patient experience.

As the attending nurse took my vitals, she told me results vs me having to ask. This was the second time that I met with my physician as my former physician retired. She was very thorough, listened to my concerns and made recommendations that had not been made previously by any physician. Her suggestions may have mitigated or eliminated medical issues which arose in the past. She also reviewed the Medicare behavioral form by prescribing a med along with referral to a Therapist in the building. I felt really good overall about the visit. Before I forget: I was delighted that requests for blood work are sent directly to the lab without having to sign in after the physician visit. It is so much more efficient.

When my discharge notes were published to MyChart I was very disappointed to find a note stating that I verbally consented to have my visit recorded by copilot. Had I been given opportunity to opt out I absolutely would have. This is a major violation of my privacy and I will be reporting it to HHS as well. My heath data is NEVER to be used for AI training or any use of AI whatsoever.
