It would be nice if the front desk people had access to the safe, or it would even be better if they could give people the correct change when they pay cash.

Jessica Foster is the reason why I have given a ten. She has been my NP for years and will never see no one else. Her care and knowledge is incredible. She is always looking out on how to help you and she answers every question. Her knowledge is indisputable. She always brings a solution to a problem. Love her bedside manners and I always recommend her to everyone I can. Elaine is super nice at check out. She always has a smile. Kat is a lovely workers that always makes you want to come back. The skills of the phlebotomist are incredible. Didn't feel anything and she is always very friendly. However your front staff needs to change. If they are the face that represents your practice when the patients first get in, their attitude needs to change. Specially the one at check in. Caitlyn I think her name was. No eye contact, not welcoming, reads the no show policy without really explaining what it is. She does not smile. She read the no show policy to a senior patient and got aggravated when she had to repeat it because the poor patient didn't understand. Customer service is very important. If you don't like or respect patients maybe she does not to be the first person they see. Probably some interpersonal skills training will help her. Change the attitude and be more welcoming. Pt sometimes don't give tens not because of the providers but sometimes because of the service they get at the front. Hope this helps. We grow with constructive criticism.

The NP was good. However, the administrative staff was lacking. This seems to be a trend with Wellstar. The young girl I dealt with just didn't care about me at all. She was short with her answers. There are people that would care, and have a good ethic, looking for a job. Why can't you find them?
