Dr. Jermaine Taft was very professional. He informed me and went through everything step by step. He made me feel very comfortable but i could tell he really knows what he is doing. He encouraged me to continue to work on the swelling and to come back in 2 weeks and we will go through the inflate and deflate process. Wellstar is lucky to have a great educator and staff that knows how to treat his patients.

PA Taft offered an alternative medication to better fit my Drug plan. He described a procedure in detail so I would know know what to expect if I need it. And he set me up for a PSA screen at Paulding Wellstar at my convenience. I'm grateful that Wellstar can easily schedule me for appointments in the system at different locations for timely treatment. My Chart is an excellent communication and compendium for my healthcare.

I received adequate information to help me determine my next step in my care. And I think the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was scheduled properly properly for my follow-on appointment and gave me all the essential information I needed to get that done. So I think they did an outstanding job.

I would like to recommend that the practice implement a better system to address abnormal urine culture results that come in over the weekend so that it can be promptly treated. Taft and I have discussed this and made a plan to ensure this won't happen with my next labs by having them done earlier in the week. He does an excellent job caring for his patients.
