We talked so I can get a grasp on what to prepare for and I felt like I finally have a team to help me do what's best for him.

The front office staff were wonderful. I could see their name badges which is nice to know their names. They were professional and could see they had my privacy in mind. Dr Joseph takes this difficult visit to another level making me feel comfortable providing education and ensuring I matter to her. Appreciate everything this office continues to do for me every day.

Dr. Joseph is a talented physician and I suspect very beloved by her patients and staff. I know that she is not only a great health partner, but she is directly responsible for my health improving the longer I see her. I am grateful for her...she is a great role model for other physicians. One concern I have about the front office staff and some of the medical assistants in this practice (and I have noticed the same trend at WellStar Windy Hill Surgical Center and at East Cobb Medical Center): there is a preponderance of WellStar employees who appear morbidly obese. I know from experience that someone who does not want to lose weight will not do so...it is as much an emotional issue as it is a physical one. That said, I would hope that WellStar has programs and tools to actively encourage participation. Unfortunately the more patients see unhealthy behaviors exhibited by WellStar employees, the less likely they will take their own healthcare issues seriously. Perhaps knowing that they are also role models could make a difference in their attitude about healthy weight.

Dr. Joseph was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and providing relief from my migraine headaches...In addition, she has also diagnosed & treated my tardive dyskinesia and a peripheral neuropathy I acquired after undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia. Dr. Joseph is an excellent Neurologist and her staff is always very helpful and kind...
