I waited months for the appointment. Provider directed me to the ER for immediate treatment to the exclusion of all other tests, follow ups, or referrals, confirming that the ER would definitely provide the treatment I needed. ER refused to do it, provider's next available appointment is in 6 months, and as a result my entire appointment was wasted and I am back at square one waiting months for an appointment again. Meanwhile my condition is completely debilitating.
