The office was very organized. I got in quickly, even though there was a little bit of an issue with finding the right room, but it was no big deal and they made it so easy and awesome. And they were very caring. And then Dr. Joseph, when she came in, she's amazing and caring and wonderful. And I would highly recommend her in the office to anyone, including my family or anyone else. I love them. I could not say more wonderful things.

This is my first visit with Dr. Joseph. She was very pleasant and seemed to be approachable. I left frustrated, though, because she gave me a conflicting version of my diagnosis history that did not sound right to me. And I didn't question it while I was there because it was after I left and started thinking about it. The things just did not add up in her recollection of how my MS was diagnosed. And that bothered me. Also, her staff called in my infusion prescription to a local pharmacy rather than the infusion pharmacy I've been using, which caused some confusion with the local pharmacy because I don't want that drug filled there. The nurse since remedied it, but I don't know why that was confusing when I went over those details with her staff in the office.

We saw two elderly and somewhat disabled people walking up a fairly steep hill because you only have 3 Handicap parking places in that huge lot on Stonebridge Parkway in Woodstock. Someone should look at that situation. My wife is on a walker so I have to drop here off but you definitely need more handicap parking.
