The thing I love most about this practice is the fact that there is almost no wait time, so I can plan other things and know that I'll be in and out in the time that I am told. So that's a plus. The front desk waiters are always dressed nicely, professionally, courteous, respectful. After a disappointing experience at Wellstar Pauling which is more like a fancy urgent care, I was seen due to hypertension and only being treated for my symptoms. I was informed at a previous visit, that I would never be treated for hypertension there unless my blood pressure is over 200. Nonetheless, I was discharged with a still elevated pressure. Two days later I experienced a cardiac emergency and was treated at Wellstar Kennestone. The staff was thorough, supportive, informative, and competent. They reduced my blood pressure and monitored me overnight with an effective medication regimen. The team saved my life!!!!! Thanks to them, I'm able to continue living with little to no stress. The neurologist followed up with me yesterday and cleared me. I appreciated her care, concern, and professional recommendations for optimizing my brain health. I'm forever grateful for her as one of my physicians.
