I do not believe Jenny Joseph is knowledgeable in cerebral palsy. She disregarded physical experiences of mine and even saying she had never heard of CP patients having my problems. I have done thorough research in my experiences and people with CP do have heat problems and struggle more with anxiety and depression. Yes this sounds like something a psychiatrist should handle but when I'm taking time out of work and spending money to spend to a neurologist, I expect that neurologist to be knowledgeable and understanding. This was not my experience with Jenny unfortunately.

I appreciate the call back, but yesterday my husband's blood pressure was much higher than it had been, and they didn't flag that. They didn't say anything about it. I was just reading the paper. I have an appointment tomorrow with someone at Wellstar to see about his blood pressure, but I was very disappointed that they didn't flag that, that his blood pressure was higher. Thank you.

Everything went wonderful. It was timely, no wait. The receptionist was great. The nurse assistant was great. And of course, Dr. Joseph was great. No problems at all. I enjoyed going there. Thank you.

There did not seem to be enough support staff to move people through the process, especially at the check-in desk.

I was seen early, the medical assistant was pleasant and professional and Dr Joseph was thorough, kind and addressed all my concerns. For the first time ever, I feel that someone is addressing my balance issues and have hope that improvement is possible.

Dr. Joseph is the 3rd neurologist I have seen in the last 5 years and the only one who I will continue to see in GA! She listens, gives you results from tests (that I can understand), and is compassionate about her patients.
