I always enjoy seeing Dr. Joseph and her nurse. They are both so kind and attentive. Dr. Joseph always listens to my questions and concerns and takes time to explain everything thoroughly. She checks my reflexes and makes sure I'm not regressing. I feel positive when I leave.

Jenny Joseph exhibited excellent bedside manner and showed genuine care when discussing my recent health concerns. She was thorough with her examination, however I was surprised essential tremors are hereditary and can be late onset and are not linked to Parkinson's disease which does run in my family.

I do not believe Jenny Joseph is knowledgeable in cerebral palsy. She disregarded physical experiences of mine and even saying she had never heard of CP patients having my problems. I have done thorough research in my experiences and people with CP do have heat problems and struggle more with anxiety and depression. Yes this sounds like something a psychiatrist should handle but when I'm taking time out of work and spending money to spend to a neurologist, I expect that neurologist to be knowledgeable and understanding. This was not my experience with Jenny unfortunately.

I appreciate the call back, but yesterday my husband's blood pressure was much higher than it had been, and they didn't flag that. They didn't say anything about it. I was just reading the paper. I have an appointment tomorrow with someone at Wellstar to see about his blood pressure, but I was very disappointed that they didn't flag that, that his blood pressure was higher. Thank you.
