Jennifer Johnston, NP

I've gotten 10 emails about test results today (8 were repeat emails with same results) but no one has bothered to call or email me about what they mean. I don't like having to Uber to a lab 12 miles away because you "don't have any lab appointments available onsite today" which is patently ridiculous. Nearly $100 on Ubers alone as I am unable to drive at this time. Also, don't like being told the dr wants to meet you in 6 weeks for a physical then be told I can only see another NP in TWO MONTHS for a physical I was told I need asap. The dr who so badly wanted to meet me sometimes has a waitlist of over a year for a dang physical?? That's not right and it's certainly not patient "care." So, basically, while Ms Johnston was wonderful and attentive, overall not the best doctor visit experience I've ever had.

Was confused with another patient once in exam room, was sent back to waiting area. Very inconvenient that the lab personnel was not available on day of exam, don't like having to go to different facility to get lab work.

I don't like that I was asked to come back to meet the MD in charge, that's another copay and I did not like that she would not honor me to give a script for zepbound. She wants me to continue to use my ins to see a weight loss counselor there at the office. Not happy I will not be back
