I was requested to sign in on the touch screen and did. I waited an hour when people who came in after me started being called back. My wife texted to ask how it was going. I responded, "It's not!" She asked if I paid the copay. I said no I haven't been called yet. I went up and told the lady at the desk. She asked for my name and then said I was not checked in. I told her I completed the multiple sections on the screen and sat down. She then put me in the system but I still waited while everyone who came in after me was being called back. I went back up to ask why and she stated she could only put me in the system that way. I had a severe ear ache which added to my frustration. You might want to add in BOLD FONT at the start of the screen check in, PLEASE CHECK WITH DESK IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES. I hope no one will experience what I did. Thank you for sending this response request.

The NP that waited on me was the best, she acted like she did care and did worry about my well-being and she had this great outgoing personality. She was a very easy person to like and to trust, she just has that way about her. I liked it very much. She was a great person.

The staff was so sweet to my son who came in with a suspected broken collarbone and it turns out that it was broken and he was in a lot of pain and they were just so kind and gentle with him and talked through the entire process with him and the x-ray staff was just amazing and even gave him a little treat and I was just very, very impressed about the whole thing. Thank you.

I thought that the service provided and everybody that helped me was super kind and super informational. I really have zero complaints. Everyone was awesome. I did have a little bit of frustration when I actually got there given that I had to pay something to be checked out and that was kind of a new thing. That should probably be something at least elaborated or explained somewhere or not at all. I don't think that is honestly acceptable to push away or reject someone's care to be looked at.
