I had a great experience starting when I walked in the door and was signed in. Dr Allen addressed all of my concerns and added extra relevant information that reinforces what I am doing. She makes me confident I am on a good path and discusses issues and options with me instead of just talking to me. At the end of the visit, she clearly summarized all of the details and actions. It was a perfect visit. I hope my daughter can see her as well.

Dr Allen is fantastic. Very informative, asked lots of questions, and addressed all my questions. However, this was my 2nd visit to her and the 2nd time I waited for over 45 mins past my scheduled appt for her to come into the exam room. I don't know if it's a scheduling problem or poor time management, but it really makes me want to find a new provider and not recommend her or the office to anyone. They would get a 10/10 from me if she were even within 15 mins of the scheduled appointment time.

I'm not going to really care about the male residents that she has. I chose a female doctor and therefore I really don't care for the male residents to help do the exam. Questionings, I don't mind. For the exam, I prefer not having them. Thank you. And I don't know how to end it.
