All staff members were very professional and pleasant. They were very knowledgeable and efficient in carrying out their duties. It was wonderful to receive a timely call back for an appointment on the wait list. I am not sure things would have turned out as well if I had to wait until June for the originally scheduled appointment. I am so grateful an earlier appointment came available and I was contacted with that information.

Office manager is not available when needing to speak with management. Front office was short staffed & manager was not available to help. Why have an office manager if she can't help staff when needed.

My doctor made my experience very, very welcoming. I was not nervous. She explained everything to me. Even her nurse, I guess it would be her tech or whatever, they came in, they assured me of everything that needed to be done and explained everything. I was so just say that I know, I understood everything they were saying. They wouldn't make no medical terms. They spoke to me with respect. They showed my privacy. They gave me privacy. They washed their hands. They were very well spoken. And I would recommend my doctor to anybody. To anybody. I wish I had some cards. But yeah, it was a great experience. Thank you.

The most difficult that I have at going to the location or any location with WellSTAR for OBGYN is the extreme wait time. If you don't make your appointment before leaving your appointment that day, you will have to wait an extreme time in order to be able to see Dr. Allen, which she is an extreme great OBGYN. Thank you.
