Jenna and the office staff were super attentive, friendly and responsive. I was a little less satisfied with the overall visit. In fairness, I understand ear issues are elusive and through my own seeking of answers to my own ear problems for years now, I know the remedy is not always clear-cut. That said, I walked away with a feeling of "well, i checked that box, and now I wonder if I had explained myself well enough." Since my inner ear problems are by my own admission - not debilitating-and more of an annoyance, perhaps my visit lost the sense of importance and urgency. I'm sure other patients with more severe issues might have a much different opinion. Just sharing.

Jenna was very professional and personable. And the hearing exam was, I think, comprehensive. And when it finished, she gave me a copy of the printout showing my performance.
