Dr. Reynolds was wonderful, but unfortunately the nurse that was working with him that day was not. She was extremely RUDE!! I actually told Dr. Reynolds that because I felt he needed to know. I've never had to report the behavior of a nurse, ever but she was so disrespectful.

I am 86 years old and never had a primary care doctor. Dr Reynolds was a great surprise for me. He made me feel comfortable right away so that I could ask my questions and he took time to give answers that I could understand easily. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with him and believe even after one visit I can fully trust my care to him.

I spent a lot of time filling out the online forms in a lot of detail through an interface that's a 4/10. I completed it though. Then I got to the office and was prepared for the usual "please fill out all of these forms by hand that mimic what was online" but I didn't get that. The team at the desk said "thank you for filling out the forms ahead of time, there's just one more form to sign." I thought, this is a miracle. Then the got into the exam room with the assisted and she asked for my pharmacy "I said I filled that out online" answered annoyed with "it's not in here, it never is" then "just tell me the zip code" I said "there's more than one pharmacy in the zip code and sending a prescription to the wrong address is a painful experience." Next she asked "are you on any prescriptions?" To which I thought "seriously, that was the worse part of the online forms" but I went along with it and she starts reading all kinds of medication that I don't take anymore, did not show up in my chart when I registered, and not showing what I am taking. So I look over her shoulder and see a long list until she scrolls to the top where all the new ones I entered showed up. Then she took my blood pressure, said it was high and to try again while taking deep breaths to which it came out worse. Needless to say, I like Dr Reynolds, but I'm concerned with the organization and attention to details of the systems and staff at this location (excluding the checkin desk team).

My provider was really helpful and said that in the future if I need a med review then I can just message him in the portal and he can give me enough medication to make it until our next appointment. I wish I had known this ahead of time because I had to wait for three weeks to see my provider when I was out of medication. person at the desk and told me that even though they knew that I was out of medicine, that would have been really helpful. Thank you and have a great day.

I spent a lot of time filling out the online forms in a lot of detail through an interface that's a 4/10. I completed it though. Then I got to the office and was prepared for the usual "please fill out all of these forms by hand that mimic what was online" but I didn't get that. The team at the desk said "thank you for filling out the forms ahead of time, there's just one more form to sign." I thought, this is a miracle. Then the got into the exam room with the assisted and she asked for my pharmacy "I said I filled that out online" answered annoyed with "it's not in here, it never is" then "just tell me the zip code" I said "there's more than one pharmacy in the zip code and sending a prescription to the wrong address is a painful experience." Next she asked "are you on any prescriptions?" To which I thought "seriously, that was the worse part of the online forms" but I went along with it and she starts reading all kinds of medication that I don't take anymore, did not show up in my chart when I registered, and not showing what I am taking. So I look over her shoulder and see a long list until she scrolls to the top where all the new ones I entered showed up. Then she took my blood pressure, said it was high and to try again while taking deep breaths to which it came out worse. Needless to say, I like Dr Reynolds, but I'm concerned with the organization and attention to details of the systems and staff at this location (excluding the checkin desk team).

Sabrina, the nurse, was very efficient and professional and had a good sense of humor. Dr. Reynolds has a great bedside manner, so to speak, and really seems to take the time to know his patient and talk with them and not make you feel rushed. Thank you.

I am 86 years old and never had a primary care doctor. Dr Reynolds was a great surprise for me. He made me feel comfortable right away so that I could ask my questions and he took time to give answers that I could understand easily. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with him and believe even after one visit I can fully trust my care to him.

Dr. Reynolds was wonderful, but unfortunately the nurse that was working with him that day was not. She was extremely RUDE!! I actually told Dr. Reynolds that because I felt he needed to know. I've never had to report the behavior of a nurse, ever but she was so disrespectful.

Dr. Reynolds is so kind and down to earth. Makes you feel so at ease. Cares about his patients and takes time listening before diagnosing snd treatment. The only concern is you have to wait days when ill to get to see him. He needs more same day time slots.
