Check in was smooth. It was pretty quick to get into the doctor office, the assistant was very professional and helpful to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Had good conversation with Dr. Reynolds who checked my heart, eyes, mouth, ears as well as abdominal section. Also, checked my ankles and muscles. I was then shown to the lab where a nurse took tubes of blood samples. It was a bit unusual that I was told I don't need to give urine samples. This was the first time that my annual physical did not take urine sample. Not sure why.

Very positive experience. On time appointment, staff very positive and courteous. Excellent lab experience. This was my second appointment with Dr Reynolds. I found him to be thorough and responsive to questions and concerns. He listens and makes appropriate suggestions. I believe him to be a good doctor and I would recommend him.

Dr. Reynolds listened carefully and asked questions to get a good understanding. He also answered my questions about earlier x-Rays and offered is reading of them. Much Appreciated because it helped me better understand what is was not and possibly what it was. I liked his helpful and personal attitude.

We were able to get an overnight appointment because we thought it was an emergency, and they gave us an appointment quickly. That left us very satisfied, and all the attention, both inside and with the nurses, was excellent. I would definitely and confidently recommend this center to anyone, especially my family.

I met Dr Reynolds for first time and was immediately impressed. So impressed, in fact, that I requested he become my PCP. And also, having the Dr's phone record the visit, as opposed to looking at the computer monitor, was absolutely fantastic!!! I hope all Dr's everywhere eventually employ this.
