From arrival to departure I felt respected and attended to. I rang the bell for wheelchair assistance, which was delivered quickly, and the nurse helped facilitate getting the wheelchair into the exam room. Dr Reynolds did not rush through the appointment, and I felt he listened to me, answered questions, and provided medical explanations.

Dr. Reynolds was wonderful, but unfortunately the nurse that was working with him that day was not. She was extremely RUDE!! I actually told Dr. Reynolds that because I felt he needed to know. I've never had to report the behavior of a nurse, ever but she was so disrespectful.

I am 86 years old and never had a primary care doctor. Dr Reynolds was a great surprise for me. He made me feel comfortable right away so that I could ask my questions and he took time to give answers that I could understand easily. I am looking forward to a long time relationship with him and believe even after one visit I can fully trust my care to him.
