Everyone from the front desk to the back office staff was amazing, professional, and extremely helpful. Then Dr. Reynolds sealed the experience by making me feel seen, heard and important. Honestly no one wants to be sick however having a doctor who listens and works with the patient to decide what is appropriate for their health journey makes all the difference. I feel safe and confident being under the care of Dr. Jeffery Reynolds and his staff.

Overall it's a good experience and I like my doctor but I don't like getting up early for a 7:15 am appointment and not be called for 20 minutes. That's 20 minutes less sleep for me. I wouldn't be late for the appointment.
