Registration and check in went very well. The xray tech was wonderful. The nurse/MA that came into the room was in a rush. She asked a few questions and then left quickly. She never checked my BP (documented heart patient) or updated my meds list. After Dr. Donahue (who was awesome BTW) left, the nurse/MA came back in and gave me some paperwork to get fitted for a brace. She then left the room. She didn't show us to the check out desk or tell us about a follow-up appt. She again seemed to be in a rush. As she was walking away, my husband tried to ask her about a follow-up appointment. She just kept walking away. Someone must have told her, because after a few minutes, she showed up at the check out desk and told me that I need to follow-up in 4 weeks.

I think the Doctor is excellent and everyone skilled at their job, but something is not right in thata office if a 10 I think the Dr is excellent and the staff seems skilled, but something was wrong with flow of the office that day. All I was there for was to get an x-ray to see if the bone was completely healed. The X-rays were done immediately when I arrived but I had to wait for over an hour to be seen by the Doctor which took less than 5 minutes. When I asked someone by the back waiting room, about why I had to wait so long, I was told that it had been extremely busy day. I guess why I was upset when I left was that if it had been that busy and getting backed up, someone should have let us know there would be a wait or apologize. What I felt had happened was that my appointment was overlooked and not noticed until I asked about it. It is a very skilled clinic and I will be back, but it was not a good day.

The BEST bedside mannner, skill, knowledge base and smile! He, Sheila, and Jessica are wonderful and personable, which lets me know that I am more than just a patient!!
