Patient's time is just as important as everyone else and it is worse for patients requiring assistance to and from a doctors office.

Registration and check in went very well. The xray tech was wonderful. The nurse/MA that came into the room was in a rush. She asked a few questions and then left quickly. She never checked my BP (documented heart patient) or updated my meds list. After Dr. Donahue (who was awesome BTW) left, the nurse/MA came back in and gave me some paperwork to get fitted for a brace. She then left the room. She didn't show us to the check out desk or tell us about a follow-up appt. She again seemed to be in a rush. As she was walking away, my husband tried to ask her about a follow-up appointment. She just kept walking away. Someone must have told her, because after a few minutes, she showed up at the check out desk and told me that I need to follow-up in 4 weeks.
