Dr. Janeen is a good doctor. The only thing I did not like or do not like is that it's part-time and it's difficult to see her. So that would be the only reason I would say that our grade 7 or 8 is because of the fact that she's not accessible and she only works there part-time. Thank you.

From a doctors and nurses perspective the support was outstanding. I have some big negatives on your technology. I spent a few days on the phone before My visit trying to upload my Medicare and BCBS cards. I also had problems changing my Primary Insurance to Medicare and my Supplement to BCBS. When I arrived I checked into the Kiosk. Then I learned when I was not called I was supposed to Check in at the desk. Then I learned all my information I updated before the visit was not available to the checkin desk computers. The Kiosk was a waste of my time. They had to redo what I already did from home. This was awful experience !
