First, I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time. The front staff was extremely nice and got me checked in quickly. And then I waited nearly an hour to see a provider. It was actually two hours from the time I walked in to the time I left your facility, which seemed a little excessive. The next thing is I had come for a strained back and shoulder and they looked at me like I was pill seeking. You can look in my records and see I never go to the doctor. There's nothing. I was looking for some kind of relief from the pain that I was in and I was told we don't give narcotics. I was like I didn't ask for narcotics. I wanted like some kind of a muscle relaxer and some answers as to why my hand feels like it's asleep and tingling.

Everyone was very nice because when I arrived, I didn't have an appointment because I had called the call center and was told they didn't have any more appointments available, but she told me I could go and be a walk in. When I arrived, they tried to turn me away because they had no openings. I explained what I was told and that I would be seen no matter what as long as I was there before closing. I called the number and the front staff heard what they were telling people. They got on the phone with a manger, and she was able to open a slot to allow me to be seen. It was a learning curve for them on how to let the call center know when they have reached capacity and I was still able to be seen and get the medicines I needed to start feeling better. I cannot stress enough how kind and understanding everyone was because they could clearly see I didn't feel well and that I had passed multiple other urgent cares to get to this one as it was closest to my home. The others would have had me backtracking and possible not seen until the next day. Thank you for seeing me!!!

The provider took very good care of my mother. She came in with a low oxygen rate and she was very concerned. The nurses were very concerned and they were over the top and it was great. The only problem I had was sitting in the front, not knowing if someone was going to come to the front desk or should I sign in at the kiosk even though I had a scheduled appointment. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

My experience at urgent care was wonderful! From the greeting when I entered until the receptionist sent me off with a smile and good wishes! I felt very cared for by all staff I came in contact with, and my doctor was very well informed! She listened intently and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her! I would like to note something about a different facility. I was unable to get an appointment with my general practitioner at Wellstar on Cedarcrest Rd. I wish the facility had more accessibility when you are an established patient. Again, I could not have asked for a better experience today at Dallas Wellstar Urgent Care!!

I had an Awesome experience on my visit to Wellstar Paulding Urgent Care facility. From the front check-in desk to the the examining room, and x-ray department all of the staff was Amazing!!!. Please keep on providing excellent patient care services.

Nurse Practitioner McClure was very helpful in addressing my concerns about my ribs. She was straight with me and easy to understand. I appreciate her quick response to my concerns.

I was told by the provider that I would need to see my primary care to order labs to find out if my liver was functioning well enough so that I could take the anti fungal oral medicine. Later the next day I spoke with my primary care and he said that they could have ordered labs in the urgent care to find out if I could be placed on the anti-fungal oral medication. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and feel like now looking back that they could have drawn my blood. And then based off of what my labs were could have ordered me the prescription. Now I have an appointment with my primary care a week from now Which has delayed my care even more. That is the reason why I came to the urgent care to begin with was to get results and I did not get the labs and the results that I need which is why I give the nurse practitioner a five out of a 10 score.

Ms. Jamie needs to be more personable. She comes across as a very cold, uncaring person. She seems to always be in a hurry, which gives the impression that she doesn't have the patience to listen to your issues or care about your concerns. I have gone to Wellstar before, at the same location, and had a good experience. Not with this lady. I feel that the patient should have the option to choose between a real Doctor and a Nurse Practitioner. I personally prefer to see a real Doctor. I feel those extra years that Doctors have to put in make a big difference in bedside manners. I NEVER have a good experience with NP's. That is one of the reasons I stopped going to CVS's OR Walgreens. You never see a real Dr. I can't believe Wellstar is getting to be like those cheap health care providers. Not a good experience at this visit. with

The nicest one that was the most attentive to my needs etc was the nurse or MA that gave me my shot. I explained my issue, and I get doing the tests to make sure, but it's still made no sense if I've dealt with the issue for 5 days and it's not contagious. It started off as an allergic reaction. The shot did help the inflammation in my throat and the irritation. I'm still dealing with the issue though. I also found out after that I had mold exposure, but I'm not able to update them or anything.

Offered a shot to get me feeling better and prescribed meds.

Being in the field by view is more attentive than average. Front on cell at the desk. Apparent orientation was given incorrect paperwork was an 8 level no compassion shown. Vital signs/history person and NP were great. Person that came in to give my IM injections had wrong needles for injections gave initial injections too high I questioned and on other side she went lower not great All about documentation no intro, safety issue-perhaps re educate. I have pictures if you need. Thanks for hearing my concerns.

My experience at urgent care was wonderful! From the greeting when I entered until the receptionist sent me off with a smile and good wishes! I felt very cared for by all staff I came in contact with, and my doctor was very well informed! She listened intently and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her! I would like to note something about a different facility. I was unable to get an appointment with my general practitioner at Wellstar on Cedarcrest Rd. I wish the facility had more accessibility when you are an established patient. Again, I could not have asked for a better experience today at Dallas Wellstar Urgent Care!!

I have been more informed and well taken care of here at this location than at some of the specialists I have had to see for numerous ailments. They answer my questions and are extremely informative. I trust what they tell me and I rarely trust doctors or nurses anymore.

I felt I got excellent care and I was seen in 15 mins. from entering the entrance. The doctor i saw took time to listen of me feeling sick and fatigue for 2 weeks and I thought it was from my sinuses, with sore throat and pain in ears . She said I had sinusitis bacterial. Offered a shot to get me feeling better and prescribed meds.

Being in the field by view is more attentive than average. Front on cell at the desk. Apparent orientation was given incorrect paperwork was an 8 level no compassion shown. Vital signs/history person and NP were great. Person that came in to give my IM injections had wrong needles for injections gave initial injections too high I questioned and on other side she went lower not great All about documentation no intro, safety issue-perhaps re educate. I have pictures if you need. Thanks for hearing my concerns.

First, I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time. The front staff was extremely nice and got me checked in quickly. And then I waited nearly an hour to see a provider. It was actually two hours from the time I walked in to the time I left your facility, which seemed a little excessive. The next thing is I had come for a strained back and shoulder and they looked at me like I was pill seeking. You can look in my records and see I never go to the doctor. There's nothing. I was looking for some kind of relief from the pain that I was in and I was told we don't give narcotics. I was like I didn't ask for narcotics. I wanted like some kind of a muscle relaxer and some answers as to why my hand feels like it's asleep and tingling.

Everyone was very nice because when I arrived, I didn't have an appointment because I had called the call center and was told they didn't have any more appointments available, but she told me I could go and be a walk in. When I arrived, they tried to turn me away because they had no openings. I explained what I was told and that I would be seen no matter what as long as I was there before closing. I called the number and the front staff heard what they were telling people. They got on the phone with a manger, and she was able to open a slot to allow me to be seen. It was a learning curve for them on how to let the call center know when they have reached capacity and I was still able to be seen and get the medicines I needed to start feeling better. I cannot stress enough how kind and understanding everyone was because they could clearly see I didn't feel well and that I had passed multiple other urgent cares to get to this one as it was closest to my home. The others would have had me backtracking and possible not seen until the next day. Thank you for seeing me!!!

The provider took very good care of my mother. She came in with a low oxygen rate and she was very concerned. The nurses were very concerned and they were over the top and it was great. The only problem I had was sitting in the front, not knowing if someone was going to come to the front desk or should I sign in at the kiosk even though I had a scheduled appointment. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

I was told by the provider that I would need to see my primary care to order labs to find out if my liver was functioning well enough so that I could take the anti fungal oral medicine. Later the next day I spoke with my primary care and he said that they could have ordered labs in the urgent care to find out if I could be placed on the anti-fungal oral medication. I waited over 2 1/2 hours and feel like now looking back that they could have drawn my blood. And then based off of what my labs were could have ordered me the prescription. Now I have an appointment with my primary care a week from now Which has delayed my care even more. That is the reason why I came to the urgent care to begin with was to get results and I did not get the labs and the results that I need which is why I give the nurse practitioner a five out of a 10 score.

The nicest one that was the most attentive to my needs etc was the nurse or MA that gave me my shot. I explained my issue, and I get doing the tests to make sure, but it's still made no sense if I've dealt with the issue for 5 days and it's not contagious. It started off as an allergic reaction. The shot did help the inflammation in my throat and the irritation. I'm still dealing with the issue though. I also found out after that I had mold exposure, but I'm not able to update them or anything.

Ms. Jamie needs to be more personable. She comes across as a very cold, uncaring person. She seems to always be in a hurry, which gives the impression that she doesn't have the patience to listen to your issues or care about your concerns. I have gone to Wellstar before, at the same location, and had a good experience. Not with this lady. I feel that the patient should have the option to choose between a real Doctor and a Nurse Practitioner. I personally prefer to see a real Doctor. I feel those extra years that Doctors have to put in make a big difference in bedside manners. I NEVER have a good experience with NP's. That is one of the reasons I stopped going to CVS's OR Walgreens. You never see a real Dr. I can't believe Wellstar is getting to be like those cheap health care providers. Not a good experience at this visit. with
