Everyone was super nice. As a matter of fact we had gone to another urgent first. The receptionist was not nice and barely spoke to us. She told us to come back in 2 hours. We left and went to the powder springs wellstar. I'm so glad we did!

I arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 pm appointment however I wasn't seen until 4:08 and when in was the NP was in and out of the room in 2 minutes. I had to ask her to check my throat and test me for strep. Very frustrated

Arrived at 10:50 for an 11am appointment . Taken back to room. The nurse doing triage asked me 3 times in her interview what day my symptoms started. Once she left I waited 45 more minutes. At 12 noon I left the premises. My wife says that everyone that arrived after us had all checked out.

The doctor was impatient; she interrupted me several times and examined the wrong side (I only have one kidney-I told her I only had the right one, yet she tapped on the left side). I didn't say anything at the time because I felt a bit embarrassed and was feeling unwell.
