The doctor was impatient; she interrupted me several times and examined the wrong side (I only have one kidney-I told her I only had the right one, yet she tapped on the left side). I didn't say anything at the time because I felt a bit embarrassed and was feeling unwell.

Unknown to me - I visited on opening day. The facility was clean and inviting, and staff was friendly. I was told to follow up with PCP if symptoms persisted. I did follow up 3 weeks later, and was told it's normal for symptoms to last SIX WEEKS.... for a "common cold." If that's the case - then there's no need to follow up until then.

Was a complete waste of time She was a PA no doctor there to write scripts Had to go back to the hospital where I was already was because my wife was on the 5th floor at paulding hospital My money needs to be refunded Because it was a waste of time and trip

I came in seeking antibiotics for a known, chronic diagnosis (diverticulitis). The provider seemed suspicious of me, claimed that she didn't even see a record of that diagnosis, and refused to provide the antibiotics. It is not as though I was looking for pain medication or something addictive, I simply needed antibiotics for something I have been treated for on numerous occasions, for which I have had previous imaging through Wellstar, and for which I have received the antibiotic prescription through an urgent care in the past. I am baffled by the lack of care I received. Frankly, I believe I deserve a refund for my co-pay, given that I received no treatment or assistance at all. I will not return to this location again for any health matter.
