Arrived at 10:50 for an 11am appointment . Taken back to room. The nurse doing triage asked me 3 times in her interview what day my symptoms started. Once she left I waited 45 more minutes. At 12 noon I left the premises. My wife says that everyone that arrived after us had all checked out.

Unknown to me - I visited on opening day. The facility was clean and inviting, and staff was friendly. I was told to follow up with PCP if symptoms persisted. I did follow up 3 weeks later, and was told it's normal for symptoms to last SIX WEEKS.... for a "common cold." If that's the case - then there's no need to follow up until then.

I came in seeking antibiotics for a known, chronic diagnosis (diverticulitis). The provider seemed suspicious of me, claimed that she didn't even see a record of that diagnosis, and refused to provide the antibiotics. It is not as though I was looking for pain medication or something addictive, I simply needed antibiotics for something I have been treated for on numerous occasions, for which I have had previous imaging through Wellstar, and for which I have received the antibiotic prescription through an urgent care in the past. I am baffled by the lack of care I received. Frankly, I believe I deserve a refund for my co-pay, given that I received no treatment or assistance at all. I will not return to this location again for any health matter.
