This is second visit at this clinic. The first time they did a US and said was unable to print pictures bc they didn't have a printer. This last time I asked for pictures to have for baby book and the resident said the machine is old and unable to print and she was in a rush bc other people need to use it. Disappointing to say the least that one of the biggest hospitals here don't have up to date equipment or enough of them to make sure each patient has a quality experience. I wouldn't recommend this office or resident for that reason. Also I was referred to see a specialist MD, only seen a student and resident although my insurance will be charged a "specialist" fee. If the actual specialist cannot see the patient shouldn't be charged for that, should be charge reg office visits since I'm not seeing actual specialist let alone a doctor.
