Dr & Staff were fine. I have a bit of frustration with your check-in process. I've received communications confirming 8:00 a.m. as my appointment. Therefore, I arrived @ 7:45 - 15 minutes prior to the appointment (like all my other medical providers request). However when checking in this morning, I'm told the appointment is actually 8:15-that the 8:00 time communicated already has a 15 minute buffer. If that's the case, then tell your customers about that! Likewise, the lab wait time @ East Cobb is HORRENDOUS!! It took an hour before getting called back for blood work. This is typical of every time I have had to have labs at this location, even when making an appointment. Almost feel like skipping the whole process for labs. Your lab staff is very helpful and kind, but are moving as fast as they can. There were easily 50+ patients waiting to get called back after I was done. PLEASE HIRE MORE TECHNICIANS!!

Dr. Hornsby was really great! I felt that he listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time with me which I really appreciated. He was also open to hearing suggestions about what I thought was wrong with my body, which is not something all doctors are willing to do. It's a relief to have found a new PCP after a few duds!
