The lab testing experience should be improved. You have to sign in as a walk-in and I waited for about an hour while those with appointments went ahead of me. This happened before too. When scheduling an annual exam where lab tests are part of it, WellStar should have a process to treat you as someone with an appointment. It made my whole appointment spam from 7:30am to 10:30am. That's not acceptable for a routine physical.
