Leaving the patient to decide how to use the covering. Do I use it as a beach towel? is it to be used as a cowboy kerchief or just as a blanket? The doctor had to knock on the door 3 times before a decision was made. The acomadations make one wonder about the quality of doctors Wellstar can hire

I was very impressed with the courtesy I was given to by the staff there. This was my first time at this facility. The doctor coming in, introducing himself first actually relaxed me to the point where I did trust and believe all that he was saying. He allowed me to ask questions and he fully answered them for me. This is truly a very pleasant experience for me and I look forward to working with him with my health care. Thank you. God bless.

This was my annual checkup. I felt extremely rushed throughout my experience. The Staff was not informative at all. I was scheduled to have blood work and wasn't informed about where to go. When I followed the nurse she asked me "what are you doing?" I told her the doctor said I needed to have blood drawn and then she told me to "go out to the front and sign in" I am definitely considering another provider for my next gynecological needs.

Although my experience with the staff was satisfactory the patient rooms were not. The exam rooms were small. There was no where to undress privately in case someone came into the room or any place to put clothing after undressing. Had to walk around equipment to just get to the chair to lay my clothes on and to redress. I sure would hate to see someone in a wheelchair to get into a room that size. They wouldn't be able too.
