I enjoyed my experience at Huerta. I don't speak English, but they offered me the option of a translator. Everyone was very kind, from the receptionist to the person who took my vital signs and the doctor. I felt very well cared for, even though I'm not from this country. I am very, very grateful. Dr.Dunaway was excellent. His Wellstar office accommodations not up to his previous office standards. The wraps for examinations had no ties on them. Leaving the patient to decide how to use the covering. Do I use it as a beach towel? is it to be used as a cowboy kerchief or just as a blanket? The doctor had to knock on the door 3 times before a decision was made. The acomadations make one wonder about the quality of doctors Wellstar can hire

The doctor coming in, introducing himself first actually relaxed me to the point where I did trust and believe all that he was saying. This was my annual checkup. I felt extremely rushed throughout my experience. The Staff was not informative at all. I was scheduled to have blood work and wasn't informed about where to go. When I followed the nurse she asked me "what are you doing?" I told her the doctor said I needed to have blood drawn and then she told me to "go out to the front and sign in" I am definitely considering another provider for my next gynecological needs.
