Although many changes has been made to the facility since the last time I was there. It was very pleasant and welcoming. More sitting space. The staff was a bit different, but all the same they were very welcoming and helpful towards me soon as I walked in. I was checked in very quickly and with out an issue. I was called in almost immediately after I was checked in. The intake person was very polite and asked me about any concerns I wanted to address. She listened to me in regards to them and offered assistance to address them. Mr. James was also very polite and opening to my concerns and also offered suggestions and solutions to them. He also explained my lab results with understanding as well as explaining the difference between my current to older labs. He also offered future solutions if they were still a concern later on. He was very professional, fast and efficient. He went as far as informing that the doctor I had been seeing was leaving the practice and the names of the new doctors I'd be assigned to. I would definitely continue with this practice as well as referr anyone needing there service that I may know. Thank You! To everyone that assisted me yesterday! It was Excellent Service!
