I had a wonderful experience with this office. The doctor is very knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and is always genuinely invested in your care. I felt heard, respected, and comfortable throughout my visit. I also want to recognize the nurse and medical assistant. They were both friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Their kindness and positive attitudes made the entire experience even better. It's clear that this team truly cares about their patients, and I'm grateful to have such a great provider and support staff.

Dr. Terry's medical assistant always seems to be put out by assisting her patients or combative verbally about small things. I thought i was just having a bad day, but it has been almost every time I'm in the office. I feel she should be willing and kind to help all patients, not just the ones she likes. Very disappointed. The rest of the staff is amazing and kind.
