Dr. Cheatham-Terry is amazing. Very through and attentive. I am coming as long time Kaiser medical group patient. I had lots of uneasiness finding a new doctor with all my different diagnosis. Doctor Cheatham-Terry walked into my room already loaded with my medical history. I just had to fill in the gaps of my expectationsa and my current concerns. Her walking in so knowledgeable about my history made me know that she already put the work in to know me as a patient. She was on it. She never made me feel as if I was just another patient. I never felt rushed in the room. As a nurse, I know what it means for a doctor to be in and out of a exam room because of the steady stream of patients. I never felt that from her. She ended our conversation asking if I understood our plan of action. That made a world of difference. I am so happy and very comfortable with the choice I made based on Dr. Cheatham being highly recommended by a coworker and me doing my research to see that she was highly recommended by others. I am more than happy to do my part to help another patient looking for a new amazing doctor. Look no further.

This last visit was our fourth at your facility. Each time, there were no available handicapped spots. It is a real struggle to walk from the parking lot to the lobby. I cannot get dropped off in front of the building as I have dementia and often get confused and walk to the wrong location while my wife is parking the car. If your facility had double the number of handicapped spots, it would not be too many. Consider demographics as to how many patients are elderly. Thank you for your consideration of this very important issue.
