Both assistant and PA were very good

Jaclyn Rogers is one of the best providers I've ever seen. I really do not say that lightly. She listens to your concerns and then comes up with a comprehensive plan and testing to get more information and start you on a path for helping your issues. I had been seeing another Wellstar provider at another location who I thought provided great care, but Jaclyn Roger care is above and beyond. I will recommend her to my family and friends who need any gastro care.

Wonderful staff from start to finish. It was super clean and organized and every member listened to you while you were there. They even had the front desk working with translation via telephone for someone on my way out. I've already recommended the office after the first visit.

I wish I would've received the survey from some prior GI visits. This is the 3rd person I've met so far in GI and my next appt is with another provider. I had a scope done 2 months ago and this was the follow up appointment to discuss results. We actually didn't discuss anything with my Bravo testing at all, but my biopsy result. I was happy to discuss all we did, and have no issue with this experience. My issue is with the frustrations of trying to see a GI doctor for a follow up after a procedure. That should be something that can be accomplished within 2 weeks, not months after. That is unacceptable. I have some answers and a diagnosis, but my initial bloodwork to show celiac I had to ask my PCP to order as I couldn't get the GI office to order without this 2 month wait. Why wait when the biopsy already showed it? Disappointed in the overall process. Again this visit was good and she was great to speak with and discuss the results and order additional tests. My concerns are with everything prior to this appointment.
