One suggestion. When the nurse comes in to give final instructions, they should first say their name and ask for my name in a friendly manner. The first nurse said she would be back for the final info, but then a different nurse burst into the room and asked my name. I was surprised and thought she had mistakenly entered the room. Not the best way to greet your patients.
