The front desk staff at the time was only one female was concerned about my insurance. I was speaking on how I went to another appointment with Wellstar and everything was fine. I'm so glad I came in early as it states on the appointment. But we managed to understand her point of view verses mines. She did awesome job without calling for back up for assistance. Well done! ?? awesome eye contact as well.

Already recommended Jaclyn Rogers to many friends/people. I call her Dr. Rogers because she's is awesome & from day one she listened to EVERYTHING & asked more questions than most doctors I've ever gone to before! She is the first one who has actually helped me with chronic constipation. I've had this problem all my life & being on pain pills for 30 yrs had made it worse. It wasn't take OTC medications or gave me an RX that didn't work & was told to eat fiber & drink more water. She is EXCELLENT, caring & actually wants to help instead of getting you in & out in 5 minutes like most doctors offices. Thank you "doctor" Rogers!!! ??????????

When I went to the Wellstar lab to get my take home tests they said they were out of stock on one and that I would have to go to other labs to find this test. So I have to drive an hour wait an hour in the waiting room and see if this facility has the test. Terrible!!

The site is not well identified. I was quite difficult to find the suite for my appointment. When I finally found the place, even the people in the waiting room were complaining. Here's an example..... Building 1800 was next to 1826. You would expect 1801 to be nearby, but it wasn't. It was located around and to the back in a building that you had to drive to. Very poorly organized with confusing numerical assignments and directions.
