The front office staff were wonderful, both were very kind and checked me in quickly. The wait wasn't long, especially for coming without an appointment.. maybe 20 minutes or so. Sofia was phenomenal.. very personable, friendly, and was very thorough going through my symptoms with me. She also had the ability to make me laugh while feeling like crap.. truly amazing. Izna, my provider, also listened to all of my symptoms, took them seriously, and went above and beyond to care for me and to help put me at ease when I was worried something else was going on, besides the flu I tested positive for. This was my first time using this urgent care, from check in to check out, I felt taken care of and cared about, I'd definitely recommend this location.

Excellent care from the PA on duty. The front desk clerks could use some training on addressing patients and assisting them. When I walked in, she simply pointed to a computer for me to sign in. I was sick and really wanted assistance but that was not an option. However, the nurse (RN) and PA were outstanding. I received excellent care from them. You just need to get past the grouchy reception area.

Yes, after I got there to check in, they handed me a mobile kiosk and it froze up for about five or ten minutes. I was told it just wait, it'll rework itself. I did not appreciate that.
