This is my fourth time visiting the Urgent Care Center. You guys are amazing. They just could not complete the process of what I needed, so I was sent across the street to the hospital. And they were backed up, so I ended up at Paulding, which is where I am now. But again, I would always come to the Urgent Care Center for all of my needs before going to the emergency room. So I'm very appreciative to the staff and what they are capable of doing when I am there. Thank you much.

We encountered a slight delay in service due to the arrival of a juvenile emergency. The staff explained the urgency and was very apologetic about the delay - about 5 minutes. Customer service is obviously very high on their list and they showed concern and absolute professionalism through our visit. We will definitely recommend Wellstar services at any opportunity!!

Experience was smooth, quick and quite surprisingly accurate. The PA that cared for me was young, but knowledgeable and came to a reasonable deduction on my prognosis after reviewing test results taken prior. Pleased with the outcome and service.

The front desk staff was dealing with a belligerent patient and they were being so kind and gentle with her. It was a master class in customer service, kindness, and just being good people. Kudos to them! The clinical staff that treated me were also very kind and helpful. My prescription came to my pharmacy quickly and the check in process was also very easy. Super well run office. Of course, it's never fun to go to urgent care, but this staff makes it a very easy process.

My only comment is in regard to prescriptions. I was told the electronic prescription service was experiencing minor delays (30 miutes). In light of this, I waited to visit my pharmacy for about an hour and a half; I was then told there was no record of my prescription at all. I called the facility and was unable to get anyone on the phone at the urgent care clinic (I called 3 times; even Wellstar operators could not get through to anyone) to request a phone call/fax to my pharmacy or another solution. I ended up having to drive back across town to request a physical copy of my prescription and then drive back across town to my pharmacy. In total, this made getting a prescription for a simple antibiotic an hours-long ordeal. I don't fault staff for this, but the default should be providing a paper prescription if there are issues with the e-scripts service.

All of the staff was so polite, concerned and happy to help me to get relief from my anxiety and pain. I have sent photos of my swelling and now the healing to my family and friends. They are so happy that I'm feeling better and improving every day. The staff gave me hope that I will be able to get better soon. I left the office feeling like I made a good decision to go to the Urgent care for my bee sting. Thanks to everyone they were awesome.

Front desk was very unfriendly, not it was a turn off to have the person immediate ask if I had an appointment. Right when I walked in. When told that my Wellstar physician sent me here she rudely said that they would not make an appointment for me. A friendly voice and a smile goes a long way. Especiallly when I was extremely worried about my health and not feeling well. The nurse assistant that provided me medicine was Very courteous and the best example of customer service there.

Izna, my provider, also listened to all of my symptoms, took them seriously, and went above and beyond to care for me and to help put me at ease when I was worried something else was going on, besides the flu I tested positive for. This was my first time using this urgent care, from check in to check out, I felt taken care of and cared about, I'd definitely recommend this location.

Experience was smooth, quick and quite surprisingly accurate. The PA that cared for me was young, but knowledgeable and came to a reasonable deduction on my prognosis after reviewing test results taken prior. Pleased with the outcome and service.

We encountered a slight delay in service due to the arrival of a juvenile emergency. The staff explained the urgency and was very apologetic about the delay - about 5 minutes. Customer service is obviously very high on their list and they showed concern and absolute professionalism through our visit. We will definitely recommend Wellstar services at any opportunity!!

This is my fourth time visiting the Urgent Care Center. You guys are amazing. They just could not complete the process of what I needed, so I was sent across the street to the hospital. And they were backed up, so I ended up at Paulding, which is where I am now. But again, I would always come to the Urgent Care Center for all of my needs before going to the emergency room. So I'm very appreciative to the staff and what they are capable of doing when I am there. Thank you much.
