All of the staff was so polite, concerned and happy to help me to get relief from my anxiety and pain. I have sent photos of my swelling and now the healing to my family and friends. They are so happy that I'm feeling better and improving every day. The staff gave me hope that I will be able to get better soon. Front desk was very unfriendly, not it was a turn off to have the person immediate ask if I had an appointment. Right when I walked in. When told that my Wellstar physician sent me here she rudely said that they would not make an appointment for me. A friendly voice and a smile goes a long way. Especiallly when I was extremely worried about my health and not feeling well. The nurse assistant that provided me medicine was Very courteous and the best example of customer service there.

Sofia was phenomenal.. very personable, friendly, and was very thorough going through my symptoms with me. She also had the ability to make me laugh while feeling like crap.. truly amazing. Izna, my provider, also listened to all of my symptoms, took them seriously, and went above and beyond to care for me and to help put me at ease when I was worried something else was going on, besides the flu I tested positive for. This was my first time using this urgent care, from check in to check out, I felt taken care of and cared about, I'd definitely recommend this location.
