I was so thankful that India Hunt took the time to answer my many questions, put my worries at ease, gave me detailed instructions to care for my injury, and even told me to be still to allow my injury to heal properly! (I like to stay busy and needed to hear that) Ms. Hunt offered encouraging hope, went above and beyond to make sure I understood my care plan and the importance of patience (not rushing the process). I will say the few positive notes I have, people are super nice and my broken leg is healing nicely. Now the places that I would appreciate improvement. When you find someone's prescriptions are being sent to the wrong place call and get it fixed... instead of letting the patient suffer for no reason. Would be awesome to possibly get patients the ability to auto renew or some other system to help keep drugged, in pain patients Cared for. Fix your phone system to when you call instead of always calling and getting VM and never getting calls back, forward to another location so hopefully it can prevent patients from having healthcare issues. Tell patients what the process is going to look like and what to expect so every change isn't unexpected.

Patient care and interaction is non existent from the "provider" only saw him in the ER and before surgery! No post op from the actual "provider" which is inexcusable! No one from this practice saw me after surgery while I was in KH for several days after surgery until my family complained! Patient care is not their top priority.

Yes, the screws have come out of, and they're coming through my legs, out of the pins and rods that she put in, that they put in my leg. And now the screws are coming through the skin. And they just told me I had to go back in next week for another surgery.
