It was basically a wasted trip. I got there and there was no one to help me to have my x-rays. They had to reschedule me to go back to the Kennistone office.

My recommendation would be to understand patients are not as familiar with the process of healing as the staff is. I think the nurse should show more compassion when pulling out staples out of people. And also with medication refills, I didn't get a call back for a couple of days for my pain, which was not good. Thank you.

I mentioned my elbows hurting after my fall that had resulted in a broken femur, and they took images to reassure me that they were likely internally bruised. I was not prepared for the volume of patients who moved through the office that day with a full waiting room. I would say my appointment with India was above average.
