Everything was very quick, very courteous, very professional. And when Dr. O came in, she listened to me and she gave me the advice that I needed. And she was very professional, very good. If the doctors are running behind, you should come out and let the patients know instead of just have you sitting for hours. Also, when I came to my appointment, everybody cleared out the waiting room and I was the last one there. And eventually, after an hour of waiting, then somebody told me that the doctor was running behind. I was about to reschedule and then they came and called me. And then when I got back there, they told me I was going to have to wait again because she had two patients ahead of me. I feel like if you're going to schedule an appointment, then you should run on time. Things happen, but if you get behind, then you should inform the patient to give them the option to reschedule.

The receptionist were friendly and caring, the nurse Diane is exceptional and so focused yet showed care and empathy. Dr. "O" is a great physician who listens and shows the proper attention a patient needs. She didn't rush through the visit and I appreciated that. Also, when checking out, the lady at the desk was very pleasant and went above and beyond to not only schedule my appointment, but she assisted my sister with rescheduling hers.
