I would be changing from my current doctor to a male doctor. My current doctor might be a good doctor to some, but she's not for me.

Dr. O is really good and knows her job. The front desk staff seem like they need more training. I'm a patient of this practice of 3+ years and was told that I was a new patient and needed to provide my insurance card although it was already on file. The staff in the back forgot I was in the room and didn't notify me I had to leave a urine sample prior to check out. I had to leave the room myself to proceed to remind them I was in the room. The nurse told me she thought I left already although she was the nurse that took me into ty room.

My only concern with this particular location is, and it's like that with every job, I mean every doctor's office. If you're 15, more than 15 minutes late, we have to reschedule. But if you sit and wait for a doctor for 20 to 30 minutes, you're expected to wait. And I don't understand that. Have the same grace that you all are asking us to have with you all. If that's not a common behavior from a patient, have some grace.
