I was very satisfied with my visit. This was the first time visit to that office. Everybody was very polite. The nurse was just extremely polite. I loved her so much. And I would definitely recommend Dr. O's office to a family member or friend.

My doctor was very knowledgeable about my history. She referred me over to a heart doctor go get a better understanding as to why I'm having changes in my shortness of breath at times. She was very attendative to my needs.

I would be changing from my current doctor to a male doctor. My current doctor might be a good doctor to some, but she's not for me.

Dr. O is really good and knows her job. The front desk staff seem like they need more training. I'm a patient of this practice of 3+ years and was told that I was a new patient and needed to provide my insurance card although it was already on file. The staff in the back forgot I was in the room and didn't notify me I had to leave a urine sample prior to check out. I had to leave the room myself to proceed to remind them I was in the room. The nurse told me she thought I left already although she was the nurse that took me into ty room.
