Need to reduce wait time in waiting room / lobby. Wait times are often close to a hour after the scheduled appointment time. Patients are penalized after 15 minutes. The practice should be held to similar standard. Once you are actually seen the service is excellent.

My PCP and the nurse were very compassionate as usual. Dr Ifeoluwa Ogunbadeniyi I takes her time to listen to my concerns patiently; and explains every step of my treatment with clarity. She is very professional and knows her onions. I went to the appointment with great pain and discomfort; but left with assurance and hope that she will get to the bottom of the ailment as she immediately ordered blood work etc. She also took her time to explain and discuss my treatment with my daughter that was with me. I'm glad I have her as my PCP and wouldn't trade her for anyone or anything!
