Follow up on the website and app was "unusually" prompt, personal and common sense. This is unusual in many businesses both B2B or consumer. People are thoughtful and helpful. I have to say, your job is not easy, to many conflicting perspectives that cry out loud, you are overworked and owners are demanding. But from a consumer standpoint, private equity has transformed the overall consumer experience both in the hospital and the office, I think. But it is all about you all.........

Great visit with Hunter! I had to be rescheduled from Dr. Dasoveanu and was just glad to be able to keep my appointment day and time! Hunter was thorough since I was new to her and I appreciated it. She listened and explained things clearly. If I'm in a situation again where Dr. D isn't available I certainly have no problem going back to Hunter. Her MA could use a bit more polish though, she was OK but not really warm or friendly.
