The person who greeted me when I entered Health Park Avalon was friendly and she was very clear, and used hand gestures to direct me to the correct floor. I'm hard of hearing, which she did not know, and her manner was extremely valuable and professional for her role. It was a great welcome! WellStar employees wished me a pleasant day in the elevator, which was lovely. My provider was so knowledgeable, prompt, with a great bedside manner, and gave time to all my questions while still being efficient. She's really great and I hope can continue working with her for a long time.
