The care providers were very good and gave me excellent care. I especially liked Holli the nurse practitioner. As far as the facilities, I think the exam room floor and cabinets could have been cleaner, and the room probably needs a fresh coat of paint.

Everyone was amazing!!! Tamika at the front desk made check-in smooth. Ashley was so kind and my sweet baby girl even made friends with Cathy, RN and Jamie, NP. Holli who was the provider explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was kind and gentle. From start to finish, everything was great. On a scale of 1-10, this place is off the scale. I'm am very pleased and definitely will be back!

Me and my daughter were both seen, Amanda did my daughter's X-ray and was amazing, Ashley did mine and she was also amazing! Holli saw us both and was wonderful! The office manger Brittany even came to check on my daughter and talked to her while I was in my X-ray. We were in wonderful hands with everyone we saw! I give This urgent care 10 stars!

The wait time. My appt was for 9:45am Want called back until 10:15am. Still waited another 20 minutes before I saw the Doctor.No apologies, no reason given for the delay. It was like this a normal day.

They sent my prescription to the wrong place and I had to go back there twice. The nurse that saw me wasn't very gentle when doing my pelvic exam and she seemed like she was trying to rush me out and wasn't really putting much thought into answering my questions

No proper instruction was given regarding giving specimen to the Labcorp. I was told to freeze the specimen but the people at the Labcorp said the specimen is not be frozen. So I had to collect the specimen again and take time to drop it which was really unnecessary and stressful.
