Im happy I could get on the day I needed to.

My mom called ahead of time to make sure they could give me fluids and was told yes. When I was seen they told me I had to go to ER to get fluids. It would have been nice not to have come here first if they couldn't administer fluids for dehydration.

I tried calling several times to ask a question and no one ever answered. It sounded like the call was picked up and then it got disconnected. I also had to go back to retrieve a school excuse for my child's absence and I had relayed to three different people that I needed a note.

I was not satisfied because the X-ray which was done said that I had chest pain and I didn't say I had chest pain. My pain was in my lower back and I think the doctor diagnosed the wrong X-ray for me. I didn't have any chest pain and the X-ray says I had chest pain. My problem was the pain in my lower back, lateral lower back, which is still there. She had recommended I do a CT. Maybe I'll go for that next time. Thank you.

I waited around an hour and 20 minutes to go back to see a nurse practitioner. Entirely TOO LONG!! This was even with an appointment! Why even make an appointment if it doesn't matter anyway? The receptionist kept telling me I was next, but they kept calling other people back.

Please allow us to make appointments by phone. I am a senior citizen and do not have a computer. The office was kind enough to give me one at 8:00 the next morning. I had Covid and needed to see a doctor. You have become my de facto doctor since my doctor makes me wait 7 to 10 days for an appointment.
