The paperwork that the doctor gave me regarding what we discussed during the office visit was not accurate. There was a note that we discussed herpes but we did not discuss herpes during my most recent visit. I would appreciate if your remove this topic from the topics we discuss to protect my privacy.

The front office was courteous. Like most doctor's offices, they never take the bp correctly. The whole intake process is rushed. I really liked my primary care doctor in previous visits. However, this visit she seemed detached and curt. I felt like just a # this time. Going to the doctor's office is never fun, so it helps when the doctor is warm and has a good bedside manner.

In addition, her asst was friendly and competent, and the ladies at the check-in desk are always so friendly.

Wellstar should allow primary care and specialist providers share information on the same patient given both share the same platform. It's discouraging that my primary care provider cannot see me cardiologist or other specialist notes about my health care and lab results.
