I think they overcharged me and didn't thoroughly look at my insurance first. My deductible was met and now I have to wait weeks to months to get it sorted and get a refund.

Dr. E is very friendly and listens to your concerns. Being only a yearly visit, a lot to discuss and cover. She never seems to be rushed. Her assistant Rita is also nice and professional. Desk staff was very nice this visit.

I love my experience with the doctor and her office. I don't like Wellstar new scheduling system, because I had questions and couldn't get answer. The system is HORRIBLE

I love Dr. E! She explains things thoroughly in terms that are easy to understand, and she listens. I feel like you can ask her anything. I had an orthopedic question once, and she honestly said here's what I know, but I'm not the expert... I don't feel like she orders, unnecessary tests and bloodwork. My only complaint is not with the location or the doctor, but I do dislike the fact that I am unable to speak to my providers, officedirectly, and I have to make my appointments through a centralized facility. The online system is not reliable, and the Dr said I should always call if I don't see any availability. The problem is that when I call, I get centralized appointments, and I am usually on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes. That is unacceptable. If we have to go through a centralized facility, they could at least hire more representatives.

From checking your check out, I felt very welcome and at ease. Cheryl at check-in was greeted me with a lovely smile and warm welcome. She had a short line and was very efficient and got us all checked in in a commander and was extremely kind and professional. Sherita was very warm and welcoming. She introduced herself and was very caring and professional. She put me at ease about my appointment. Dr. Edupuganti was very compassionate and understanding. She addressed all my concerns and had a lovely bedside manner. I did not feel rushed in my appointment and did not have to wait on her. I was called back in a timely manner, and she was right in after Sherita finished. I feel that I get the best care from her. ECHP is blessed to have her, Sherita and Cheryl working there.
