I have referred several people to the office because it is a great environment with people that care. I would go were ever Dr Ebiganti (I hope I spelled it correctly $ will practice. She gives me all the information necessary to make an informed decision about my help. I will continue to come to this provider. Thank you for your exceptional service and the staff is one of a kinda and very pleasant.

Dr. E was highly recommended to me. She listen to me. Requested tests that should have been done ten years ago, according to my age. Very friendly and genuine. Made sure that I asked everything I could think of, without regarding the time. Very impressed with Dr. E

Dr. Edupuganti is fantastic. She always spends the time with me and goes over my health history. And I always leave feeling that I'm going to continue on a healthy path.

The wait time to see the gr although I was on time was ridiculous. People coming in much after me were getting called in first to see the same Dr. in addition, I waited 54 to blood drawn from the time I signed in for it. The wait time was so ridiculous they were giving out snacks. Do better please.

Dr Hima Edupuganti is absolutely phenomenal. She LISTENS and responds and notates everything thoroughly.

So far all visits with Dr. E have been good but this one was a bit odd. I clearly understand that she is a generalist but somehow after initial goo start, every question was answered with; that's a question for urgent care, that's a question for dermatologist, that's a question for cardiologist, that's a question for foot doctor. I waited One Year For this annual appointment and it was a huge disappointment to get everything wrapped up in 15 minutes. Like I said, the reason she's my PCP is because I and my wife like her and have been highly satisfied in previous interactions with her but this appointment was not good. It started well but steadily went downhill. I felt hurried so much that my checkup ( stethoscope checkup ) was done while I was standing up and not on the examination table - which has never previously happened, ever. Was a bit strange experience, this one. My wife too felt same ( she also had her annual exam same day and we went in together as we had consecutive time slots)

Also, received call 24 hours prior to my appointment telling me to call insurance to confirm payment for physical prior to 365 days or pay out of pocket. Caller was rude, saying "what are you gonna do?" If a call to insurance is needed, kindly request more than 24 hours notice. Whatever the issue is, she tries to definitely fix it. And I always appreciate her patience. Dr. E was highly recommended to me. She listen to me. Requested tests that should have been done ten years ago, according to my age. Very friendly and genuine. Made sure that I asked everything I could think of, without regarding the time. Very impressed with Dr. E

I have referred several people to the office because it is a great environment with people that care. I would go were ever Dr Ebiganti (I hope I spelled it correctly $ will practice. She gives me all the information necessary to make an informed decision about my help. I will continue to come to this provider.
