I have a problem with my eye lid, was told by the doctor to come back in 3 months. There is a problem it hurts, there is pain there. Today I was told to come back in they don't like to cut on this. What am I to do?

I have a lot of difficulty trying to walk to the eye clinic because of back issues. Even though I have a handicap pass there aren't enough spaces to park and it literally took me 30 minutes to get to the clinic. I think that it would be helpful if I could request assistance to get to the clinic because I can't walk the distance because of pain

I could tell the doctor was rushed. She came in, and within 7 minutes or so, I was walking out. However, I had to wait over an hour to see the resident, then another 20 minutes or so before she came in to see me. I was at a point of walking out. No staff came in to explain what was going on. She seems very capable. However, sadly, I can't have my eye lifts done for five months - incredible. For an hour procedure, I have to wait five months.

Lack of concise infomation and Making inconsistent Alternatives. I am sure most conversation was based on her training versus case studies? Why is protoc9l so Between health providers? Why are patient not given a map of the bldhs?

I have eyelid cancer and Dr. Goldberg was advertised as an ocularplastic surgeon. During the visit, she informed me she only performs surgeries on Friday. It is difficult to understand how a surgeon maintains proficiency only performing surgeries once per week. Further, she advised me she was booked out several months and not to worry as the cancer is slow growing. So every day delayed I'm loosing more eyelid and a more challenging eyelid reconstruction/recovery. Consequently, I will be using a different provider. This is especially disappointing as I have always received exceptional care from Wellstar in the past and been confident in your providers.
