Lack of concise infomation and Making inconsistent Alternatives. I am sure most conversation was based on her training versus case studies? Why is protoc9l so Between health providers? Why are patient not given a map of the bldhs?

I have eyelid cancer and Dr. Goldberg was advertised as an ocularplastic surgeon. During the visit, she informed me she only performs surgeries on Friday. It is difficult to understand how a surgeon maintains proficiency only performing surgeries once per week. Further, she advised me she was booked out several months and not to worry as the cancer is slow growing. So every day delayed I'm loosing more eyelid and a more challenging eyelid reconstruction/recovery. Consequently, I will be using a different provider. This is especially disappointing as I have always received exceptional care from Wellstar in the past and been confident in your providers.

Dr. Goldberg asked all the questions I had intentions of asking and I was very impressed with that . I'm very comfortable and trusting of my doctor .

It doesn't seem to matter if you need to wait for your eyes to dilate or anything else. The wait time is always a long time when you go to the eye clinic there. They're seeing so many patients back to back to back to back. They have very little time with each patient and you're waiting a long time. It's rather annoying.

Yes, I would like to say something. Your very first question, when I walked in to Dr. Goldberg's office, I had never seen her and I have had psychologically traumatic things happen with my eyesight. So I was very uncomfortable when I come in. I was at a one. But by the time I left, I was at a four. She was thorough. She was professional. I trust her. I would recommend her to anyone and that is saying a lot for me. Thank you very much for the review. I hope it does assist her. However, for an ophthalmologist, no one should have to wait 45 minutes. Thank you.

Okay, I went to the WellCare in Augusta, Georgia, at the Medical River, Georgia. We told the girls to file VA. The VA from all the rest of our doctors had sent us up there. We got him back and we told the girls to file VA insurance. Second was welcome, which is Medicare. She didn't even file a VA. She filed Medicare only.
