The front desk receptionist wasn't polite at all soon as I walked in she asked me what was my name instead of saying good morning and on top of that my appointment was at 8:30 they told me to arrive at 8:15 which I did I sat in the waiting room until 8:30 my appointment time, when I goes to the back after seeing one nurse and she got finished with me I had to sit there for over 30 mins to see the eye doctor specialist I think that was entirely to long to sit before she came in the room. I think it can be a lot better with the time waiting.

Very knowledgeable and I was totally pleased with the outcome of my surgery and the care that I received they made my experience not scary at all

Only that of the 3 appointments to this date, my wait was totally great. However, today my appointment was for 1:00, I was advised to be present at 12:45 and I was 8 minutes early. On arrival the front desk told me the staff was at lunch and I should be seated. (There was 1 other patient in the waiting room.). That patient was called back sometime after 1:00. I was called back just prior to 2:00 but it was nearing 2:30 before the doctor arrived. I was checked and told to return in 4 weeks. I do understand that sometimes situations come up but it appeared that I had followed instructions too well so my wait was longer than it needed to be. Now I am wondering just how prompt I need to be for my next appointment.
