Everything was great when I was there. They did a great job. However, I'm extremely disappointed in I got a biopsy back and I had to call my friend that was a nurse to interpret it and they still doesn't fully explain if I need to go back in for more and did they get it all. So I was very disappointed in the feedback after in getting the results.

I have a problem with my eye lid, was told by the doctor to come back in 3 months. There is a problem it hurts, there is pain there. Today I was told to come back in they don't like to cut on this. What am I to do?

I have a lot of difficulty trying to walk to the eye clinic because of back issues. Even though I have a handicap pass there aren't enough spaces to park and it literally took me 30 minutes to get to the clinic. I think that it would be helpful if I could request assistance to get to the clinic because I can't walk the distance because of pain

I could tell the doctor was rushed. She came in, and within 7 minutes or so, I was walking out. However, I had to wait over an hour to see the resident, then another 20 minutes or so before she came in to see me. I was at a point of walking out. No staff came in to explain what was going on. She seems very capable. However, sadly, I can't have my eye lifts done for five months - incredible. For an hour procedure, I have to wait five months.
