When I am the first appointment of the day, and I am required to arrive 15 minutes early, it is very disappointing when the appointment runs 15 minutes late. It also discourages patients from filling in all of the pre-visit documentation, only to have to repeat all of the same answers at the visit. Why waste their valuable time if it is going to be ignored and asked in person anyway? As for Dr. Chun, I liked her very much at this very first visit with her and she seemed very knowledgeable. Will certainly consider continuing my relationship with her moving forward.

And this is a similar, I had a similar experience a year ago. I don't know what the issue is, but in other places I've been recently, there's usually no more than a 20-minute wait.

When I arrived at the office, I noticed a self-check-in kiosk, which I used, and then I took a seat right in front of the receptionist. I sat for 30 minutes. There was no line, no one waiting, no one said anything to me, and after 30 minutes, the person said, are you here to check in? I said, yeah. He said, oh, well, you need to check in at the desk. So it would have been nice to have been told that or acknowledged sooner.

She, you know, wasn't rushing me. She actually wanted to know more about me and wanted to make sure she provided all the information I needed, gave me advice about just things I didn't even ask about, just a normal conversation, like what was good for my sleep habits, just different things that I could tweak to make my lifestyle better. When I am the first appointment of the day, and I am required to arrive 15 minutes early, it is very disappointing when the appointment runs 15 minutes late. It also discourages patients from filling in all of the pre-visit documentation, only to have to repeat all of the same answers at the visit. Why waste their valuable time if it is going to be ignored and asked in person anyway? As for Dr. Chun, I liked her very much at this very first visit with her and she seemed very knowledgeable. Will certainly consider continuing my relationship with her moving forward.
