Wait time was too long. I waited 1 hour to see the doctor and none has an hour to sit in the waiting room. I had to go back to work and this was an inconvenient. I understand sometimes the doctors fall behind but 1 hour at 8:30 in the morning shows that there is a scheduling problem. Need to do better

I had a great experience except for one thing which was checking in at the self service kiosk. After you check in, it tells you to wait for your name to be called. However, that is incorrect. You do need to go to the desk and check in. Or you will never be called. This really needs to be updated or the kiosk need to be removed if they are not used.
