I waited 45 minutes to be seen. This is unacceptable. I doubt I would have been seen if I had been that late, and I would have received a lecture. No apology until I said something. The front staff blamed this on the Dr. and Dr. Chun blamed it on the front staff. Also, the reason for my visit was not correct either. Lab was fine.

Dr. Chun is very responsive and very thorough. However, the wait time between the time I checked in and the time that I was actually seen was pretty long. It was about another 30, 45 minutes before I was actually seen. My appointment was at 9:15 and I didn't see Dr. Chun until actually around 10 o'clock. But whenever she was in the room, she did spend a significant amount of time with me explaining, going over my health, so I appreciate that.

It also discourages patients from filling in all of the pre-visit documentation, only to have to repeat all of the same answers at the visit. Why waste their valuable time if it is going to be ignored and asked in person anyway? As for Dr. Chun, I liked her very much at this very first visit with her and she seemed very knowledgeable. Will certainly consider continuing my relationship with her moving forward.

My only complaint was that I was told to come 15 minutes early before my scheduled appointment and I wasn't even called back to the exam room until about 45 minutes after I checked in. And this is a similar, I had a similar experience a year ago. I don't know what the issue is, but in other places I've been recently, there's usually no more than a 20-minute wait.
