I liked the provider but I waited in a room for an hour to see her. I scheduled this appointment for my lunch break and I know that if I was an hour late for my appointment you would have cancelled and charged me. I think it's disrespectful to the patient to think their time is not valuable. There should be a better way to keep the doctor on schedule.

Dr. Chun is wonderful and I'm so grateful she takes her time with each patient. I do think it would be better if her appointments were scheduled based on how much time she needs. My appointment with her started 55 minutes after my scheduled start. And as a patient you are sent multiple reminder to arrive at least 15 minutes early. So I was at the office for nearly 90 minutes before being seen (I arrived 30 minutes early).
