Chaotic unorderly fire drill due to some staff stating we should stay & others stating we should leave. Only to have me wait even longer for the completion of my apptmt! Designate an announcer to ensure everyone gets out & returns in a timely fashion.

I showed up for my 1115 appointment at 1105. I was not called back to be seen until 1150. The nurse came in at 1155 and did my vitals and I was not seen by Dr. Chun until 1240. I spent time with her. I think she had great things to say, great provider, but unacceptable in terms of scheduling and time efficiency. I was out of the office for almost three hours for a simple appointment and that is unacceptable.

My provider was direct and very thorough. Along with recommendations on diet and exercise, she advised me that I needed to manage my stress levels and get back to laughing. It was almost like a therapy session in addition to a physical check up. I appreciated the care.

Absolutely love Dr. Chun. She's professional, gives great advice to us, listens very well. I've recommended her to several people and they've gone to see her as well and are very, very happy. The only thing I wish is that we didn't have to wait so long to see her when we get there. I realize she's extremely busy and popular, so appreciate that. But I do wait when I'm, this time it was an hour and I know she was very, very busy. The reason being she's listening to other patients. So again, I appreciate that. Just wish that we didn't have to wait so long. Thank you.

Aside from having to sit in the waiting room for a little bit longer than I had anticipated, my visit went extremely well from start to finish. The only feedback I really have is that when I was trying to check out, apparently everyone had taken their lunch break simultaneously, so I couldn't check out. But then no one told me that after I'd been waiting there for probably two or three minutes to see if someone was going to help me. And then a lady finally told me to go up to the front. And then when I went up to the front, there was no one there because they were all on lunch break. And then I was told I could leave. So that's very confusing. I would recommend that you do not let all of the front desk and checkout people go on lunch at the same time. Thank you.
