The MA in the back came and ask front desk about me saying arrived and not check in. Front desk finally completed my check in.

I actually enjoyed speaking with Dr. Chun. I got a good feeling for what she was saying to me and everything to which I trusted her guidance. My only rating of an 8 versus a 10 is because it was my first meeting and I like to go on historical consistency. So I only had one visit to rate on. So that's the only reason for not giving a 10. But I actually really enjoyed seeing her and look forward to a long-lasting relation.

The receptionist and then the doctor and the nurse, they're all very nice. My only complaint is that I had to wait a really long time to see the doctor. So it took me, I think, almost an hour to see her. So I think that waiting time was not good. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

She needs to greatly improve how she interacts and engages with patients. She rushed the end of my visit and I feel she did not cover everything correctly for my physical.

I was going to the doctor because I wasn't feeling well and wasn't sure it I would see her again. After my visit she will definitely be my new primary care physician. She is awesome and it shows she cares about her patients.
