Hey, I had a great experience except for the medical assistant that came to call for me and I unfortunately do not remember her name. I unfortunately did not hear her call my name because I was sitting in an area that had a TV and she then decided to continually tell me that she was screaming my name and kept doing it and kept saying it and kept doing it even though I apologize that I did not hear myself. So not an awesome experience with her. I am a clinical manager myself and was a little irritated by that. So just wanted to let you guys know. Maybe it's a little bit of, you know, I don't mind them saying like, oh, I called your name, but like maybe drop it after that. So all right. Thanks so much.

The Wellstar Vinings primary care physician practice should invest in getting additional primary care physicians that are like Dr. Chun. Her schedule is booked up, so if I were to have an issue and needed to see her in the next month, month and a half from now, what have you, her schedule is packed. She's fantastic, so I understand why her schedule is packed. I understand it's the same for the other primary care providers as well. I would definitely like to recommend that WellStar Vinings expand the number of primary care, quality primary care physicians that they have at that location because apparently it's well received. But if I have concerns about getting back in should something arise, I'm sure that other patients do as well. Thank you.

When contacting a provider for a virtual visit the same day, the staff should call back instead of just responding via WellSTAR MyChart. They should call the client directly to set up that virtual appointment or at least let them know their appointment is scheduled for that same day, rather than thinking that the person is sitting there with their MyChart open all day. Thank you.
