When I arrived at the office, I noticed a self-check-in kiosk, which I used, and then I took a seat right in front of the receptionist. I sat for 30 minutes. There was no line, no one waiting, no one said anything to me, and after 30 minutes, the person said, are you here to check in? I said, yeah. He said, oh, well, you need to check in at the desk. So it would have been nice to have been told that or acknowledged sooner.

I had to wait 40 minutes before I was called back and then another 10-15 between the nurse and the doctor. This was t great for my first time! The doctor told me she typically runs an hour late because she doesn't rush patients. I appreciate hearing her care for patients she is with and hearing this up front to set expectations. At the same time, I don't love that I had to wait so long.

I wanted to say that my experience with Dr. Heidi Chun was, it was enjoyable actually. And that's something I normally say about a doctor's appointment, but she listened well. She was down to earth. She, you know, wasn't rushing me. She actually wanted to know more about me and wanted to make sure she provided all the information I needed, gave me advice about just things I didn't even ask about, just a normal conversation, like what was good for my sleep habits, just different things that I could tweak to make my lifestyle better. She, you know, wasn't rushing me. She actually wanted to know more about me and wanted to make sure she provided all the information I needed, gave me advice about just things I didn't even ask about, just a normal conversation, like what was good for my sleep habits, just different things that I could tweak to make my lifestyle better. Just she said if I could just do these minor things, it'll make a big difference and I appreciated her input and because I really do care about my health. When I arrived at the office, I noticed a self-check-in kiosk, which I used, and then I took a seat right in front of the receptionist. I sat for 30 minutes. There was no line, no one waiting, no one said anything to me, and after 30 minutes, the person said, are you here to check in? I said, yeah. He said, oh, well, you need to check in at the desk. So it would have been nice to have been told that or acknowledged sooner.
