She always listens carefully and gives feedback on what you should be doing for your best possible health. She's kind but tough, in a way that you want your doctor to be.

The waiting time was terrible. I waited about an hour feeling so bad before she finally came in the room. She began to ask so many questions. I told her that I was there for a follow up from urgent care, and that said I has a virus infection. For two weeks I was not getting better. So I decided to make appointment. Only thing she just Do not listen to the patient and how you feeling. No meds was prescribed to help control the cold. I still left there feeling terrible. This was first time seeing her. I will look for another doctor who will listen.

My provider just moves a little too fast. And when I want to explain things, she just kind of just glosses over them. I answered questions about how I had been feeling lately in terms of not motivated, and those were not addressed. I answered those questions with the nurse. And also, I think that I should see my provider more than once a year, given the conditions that I have, which is diabetes and just needing help with blood pressure and cholesterol. I should be seeing my doctor more than once per year. That's not enough.

Dr Chun really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like she genuinely cared about me. I met her nurse Danita for the first time and I loved her. I felt as if she truly loved her job. This visit was the first time that my after-visit report was highlighted to bring my labs & etc to my attention. Typically, I only see Dr Chun once a year so I hope that Danita is there next year for my annual visit. She's a keeper.

I was disappointed that the doctor never called me. Most of my tests came back abnormal. And I was very concerned. And I was hoping that she would call me to have a conversation with me about my results. And I never received that. So I was disappointed about that.
