I am terribly disappointed that you have allowed Bo Cheeves to get away. I understand that he no longer is going to be working for you and that is a shame. He is a fantastic doctor and I don't know if I'll continue with your practice once he's gone because he is so good. I have been going to him for 20 some years. You have made a big mistake.

It was probably the best blood draw I've ever had, genuinely did not even feel the needle go in. It was the same way last year. Whoever's doing it, give her a raise.

Staff was courteous, friendly and worked me in for an appointment that needed immediate attention. I appreciate their concern and willingness to do so. The doctor was very concerned about my issue, explained in detail my treatment and gave me advice on further treatment if it was needed.

Yes, I'm very, very happy with Dr. Cheves. Very, very, very, very disappointed that he's leaving. The doctors at WellSTAR there at Greensboro are wonderful. Administrative staff, for the most part, leaves quite a bit to be desired as far as the office thing. But I think that's pretty much worldwide anymore. Administrative and issues around medical issues are getting very much out of control. You don't get callbacks, you don't get politeness, you don't get the understanding, but the doctors are wonderful. Thank you.
