I just felt that my physical was limited. It's hard to palpate someone's abdomen while sitting. I did not even have to get into a gown. She did an excellent job messaging me r/t to my labs.

I've been using Wellstar for 20 some odd years. Harper, this is my first time meeting her after my provider left. But Harper, I don't think that it's professional that she advised me that she only took that job while the cardiology department where she believes where her heart is. She only took that job with you guys just in that department just until the cardiology department offered her the pay that she deserved. I said congratulations to her, but that wasn't good news for me because it was just a waste of my physical. I didn't feel comfortable sharing any information with her. This was the one time that I'll ever meet her in my life. So I don't think it's fair that she took the job with you guys. It was sort of just keeping another.

the girl at front desk gave me water I forgot mine

The diagnosis on discharge papers was the same as when patient came to ER and it was a symptom. Patient was elderly and needed bed sheets changed as he spilled peach juice and green beans from lunch tray. Family asked if someone would change his sheets. Was told "we'll have to see if someone is available". Then told "he is probably going home today. I will make a deal with you, if it takes more than an hour to get discharged we will find someone to change his sheets". Techs and nurses argued with each other in front of patients as to who is responsible for what. Tech walked away saying "nurses don't do anything around here". Asked for ice and gut a small paper cup 1/2 full. Anytime asked For water was brought a paper cup of water. Family asked "where are the gray containers patients used to get"? They finally ( day 3) brought one and put 1/2 paper cup of ice in it. It was disappointing how the hospital and care have gone down since 2021. Came to hospital by ambulance. If there is a next time, we will ask not to be taken to Kennestone. Not mad, just very disappointed at lack of respect. I bet nobody that works at that hospital goes without ice, water or dry sheets!

Yes, the doctor was fine at it. The only complaint I had was the lab. The lab was very slow and very, I would say, unwelcoming. So, thank you.

The diagnosis on discharge papers was the same as when patient came to ER and it was a symptom. Patient was elderly and needed bed sheets changed as he spilled peach juice and green beans from lunch tray. Family asked if someone would change his sheets. Was told "we'll have to see if someone is available". Then told "he is probably going home today. I will make a deal with you, if it takes more than an hour to get discharged we will find someone to change his sheets". Techs and nurses argued with each other in front of patients as to who is responsible for what. Tech walked away saying "nurses don't do anything around here". Asked for ice and gut a small paper cup 1/2 full. Anytime asked For water was brought a paper cup of water. Family asked "where are the gray containers patients used to get"? They finally ( day 3) brought one and put 1/2 paper cup of ice in it. It was disappointing how the hospital and care have gone down since 2021. Came to hospital by ambulance. If there is a next time, we will ask not to be taken to Kennestone. Not mad, just very disappointed at lack of respect. I bet nobody that works at that hospital goes without ice, water or dry sheets!

The doctor and nurse was very nice and helpful. The technician that took blood acted aggravated and abrupt. She wasn't gentle at all. And to me a little rude.

I've been using Wellstar for 20 some odd years. Harper, this is my first time meeting her after my provider left. But Harper, I don't think that it's professional that she advised me that she only took that job while the cardiology department where she believes where her heart is. She only took that job with you guys just in that department just until the cardiology department offered her the pay that she deserved. I said congratulations to her, but that wasn't good news for me because it was just a waste of my physical. I didn't feel comfortable sharing any information with her. This was the one time that I'll ever meet her in my life. So I don't think it's fair that she took the job with you guys. It was sort of just keeping another.

I just felt that my physical was limited. It's hard to palpate someone's abdomen while sitting. I did not even have to get into a gown. She did an excellent job messaging me r/t to my labs.

The entire staff from the front office to the NURSES to the doctor himself the nurse practitioners. They are very caring, professional and kind individuals. They really and truly care about their patients in the patient's well-being. I appreciate them more than I could say.
