I would like to be assigned to Harper permanently if possible. She made direct eye contact throughout my visit, as well as she did not rush me! I LOVED HER BEDSIDE MANNERS!? ??

Yes, I found that Harper, first of all, she came into the room. She was very, very loud and she did a lot of talking. And I had to interrupt her to actually to convey my concerns. And also on one of the medications, she had assumed that I had been taking them. But I had to correct her and tell her that it was only as needed. And so those are my main concerns.

The nurse that saw me before the MP was nice, but didn't follow my instructions when she sent refills to the pharmacy. She sent my Eliquis prescription to Publix pharmacy instead of Express Scripts. I gave her the correct information.
