Your website doesn't show augusta area treatment facilities. Booking my follow up heart mri has been a nightmare. They couldn't do it while I was in the office. I was call back at home but said they couldn't do it and said I would get a call back but that hasn't happened. I was never given a number to call back. The doctor ordered this asap. What a joke.

The experience was good. The problem with WellStar is that it is hard to get a hold of the nurse or care provider. You have to go through so many channels and leave messages and talk to a computer. Very frustrating if there is a change in the plan.

Brenda at check in was amazing. She was very friendly, thorough, and truly Joyful which is hard to find in this day and time. I have worked in healthcare for 40 years and professionalism is a thing of the past. She is a jewel - you are very fortunate to have her.

Your computers are not communicating with the VA computers. The VA don't have information they need to make my prescriptions to be filled, and I have a very big problem with this. The computer's just not working together. I don't understand. I don't know nothing.

Everyone was polite, thorough and professional. I was referred for an MRI of my heart, a stress test, and an implanted heart monitor. There was just a little voice in my head saying,"They're just pushing procedures for a commission." I sure hope that isn't the case.

Everyone was very nice. Everyone looked to me as an individual, showed me individual care. My doctor listened to me. We had a conversation. He listened very carefully. I recommend him to anybody. He is a good doctor.

Um, I was very disappointed with the front desk. Um, I arrived on time at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Several people came in after my appointment. I still was not called in the back. The doctor had left. Most of the staff has left. I finally, um, found someone to tell him I've been sitting out here for hours and no one. came to ask me what was the problem when I did find someone, they act like they didn't know what I was talking about. But thank God, someone did call the doctor back to let them know that I've been sitting out there for hours and none of the front desk had done their proper job. Very, very disappointed with them. Doctor was very kind and apologetic, and I really do appreciate that.

Wellstar finance are a bunch of incompetence. I have to call every time for them to bill the secondary insurance even though its in my online check in. I have called the at least 5 times but i wont anymore.

I was there for a new patient visit and the doctor only spent about 10 minutes with me and I didn't really feel like he was interested in listening to the questions that I had. And he just came in, said a few things. I tried to answer a few questions. He was a bit dismissive and he was like, see you in a month and left.
