I waited with no one checking on me for an hour. The Dr came in 1hr 15 min after my scheduled appointment. Then, I went through allergy testing. Total time at this appt was 2.5 hours. I am a clinician, so I value being treated as I treat my own patients. In a timely manner at their appt time and if an emergency arises, I let them know there will be a delay.

Nurse was very good, caring and thorough with the information she was getting for transmittal to the physician. Dr. Chiang was excellent. She has excellent skills and insight and very communicative. She was responsive in her answers to my questions, paid attention to previous blood work and explained her perspectives and rationale related to the presence of allergies. Also provided suggestions on what to do if the face swelling presents itself in the future.

My Dr was "baffled" at my issues and I had to push for testing. She did not provide me with any direction after test results came in except to call the office if had any questions. Some guidance or advice would have been useful. As a patient I feel like she did not provide adequate care. Felt like the appt was a waste of my time and will go to an allergy specialist outside of Wellstar. Highly disappointed. I dont EVER leave reviews and this one was needed. Maybe she'll be more knowledgeable or empathetic to the next patient that comes in. Guidance and /or direction is key to patient care!

I was dissatisfied with the experience. Would not return. Would not recommend Dr. Chiang to others. I had a concern, she dismissed the concern. She could have ordered simple blood tests that caused no harm to show she was right but refused. I left feeling very frustrated.

Waited almost an hour to be seen by Dr. unacceptable. Don't make an appointment at 10am if the Dr is not available within a 10-15 min window EVER. Then had to wait another 1.25 hours for a simple blood draw in lab downstairs. This should have been done immediately in Dr office and SENT to lab. The entire 45 min appointment unexpectedly cost me 4 hours. You really must straighten this out.
