The technician that took me in realized that I had a bloody spot on my left sleeve. She had me take my shirt off. She got some peroxide, soaked it in it, cleaned it, and got it ready for me to, when I left. And also, she got a band-aid, cleaned my little wound that I had that I didn't realize I had, and got that straightened up. Thank you much. Appreciate it. Bye now.

The receptionists; the guy and the girl are very rude. The lady pushed back on me using cash for my copay, and was short with me afterwards. The guy lied to me on the phone and told me that my provider said that they could not give me a refill on my medication until I saw her. I was having a very hard time breathing and needed my medication urgently. After speaking to the nurse, she assured me that this was not true and the medication was filled and I picked up that day. I do not trust the front desk people and it makes me distrust WellStar. The doctors and nurses are always great though!

Dr. Chiang has an wonderful, caring demeanor. She helped my son and I to understand more about allergy concerns, allergy testing, allergy medications, and other related health matters. I appreciate her warm and professional manner. Dr. Chiang is clearly knowledgeable in her specialty medical area. She was so informative about the many allergens for which one can be tested and about the medications that need to be avoided prior to testing for accuracy, that I decided to also have testing administered through this practice. I had allergy testing performed years ago, but wish to do so again for a current look at various types of allergens for which I may have negative reactions. Thank you Dr. Chiang!
