My experience here was wonderful from the start. Each employee treated me with care, was friendly and professional, and genuinely listened to my problems. I feel as if this location was one of the best experiences at Wellstar ever. Dr. Chiang, Alice, Perly, and Ralph each were so kind and caring for me and my family. I felt dismissed during this visit - when I asked questions, based on my very limited knowledge of allergies, the provider gave one word answers and essentially told me the information was incorrect, which it probably was but she did not provide me with any information. Everything was very dismissive. I don't feel educated about my child's allergy. She prescribed an epi pen but I had to find a nurse after discharge to ask if anyone was going to show me how to use it. Overall, I did not feel cared for or heard. I left feeling very discouraged.

Dr. Chiang and the nursing staff were great! They listened and were very personable. The front office staff was awful. If I had to base my experience solely on the check in staff, I would not return nor would I recommend this office to anyone I know. The front desk/check-in staff was a gentleman who behaved as if I was bothering him by checking in. He was curt, seemed irritated and was "ready to go to lunch" as he mentioned to one of the other front desk staff members. When I finished my visit and went to check out, no one was at the desk and although several other front desk staff members for ENT and rheumatology were at their desk, everyone ignored me. I went back to the nurses station and Dr. Chiang and the nurse checked me out. Lastly, there were other patients/families trying to get help and the staff was less than helpful. I work in healthcare and lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff and this behavior is unacceptable. The front desk/check-in staff could benefit significantly from customer service training.
