Dr. Chiang and the nursing staff were great! They listened and were very personable. The front office staff was awful. If I had to base my experience solely on the check in staff, I would not return nor would I recommend this office to anyone I know. The front desk/check-in staff was a gentleman who behaved as if I was bothering him by checking in. He was curt, seemed irritated and was "ready to go to lunch" as he mentioned to one of the other front desk staff members. When I finished my visit and went to check out, no one was at the desk and although several other front desk staff members for ENT and rheumatology were at their desk, everyone ignored me. I went back to the nurses station and Dr. Chiang and the nurse checked me out. Lastly, there were other patients/families trying to get help and the staff was less than helpful. I work in healthcare and lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff and this behavior is unacceptable. The front desk/check-in staff could benefit significantly from customer service training.

Dr Chiang was patient and kind even though I could tell she was super busy. I didn't feel rushed. Alice was the sweetest, kindest nurse/assistant. So incredibly helpful.

Dr. Chiang and the nursing staff were great! They listened and were very personable. The front office staff was awful. If I had to base my experience solely on the check in staff, I would not return nor would I recommend this office to anyone I know. The front desk/check-in staff was a gentleman who behaved as if I was bothering him by checking in. He was curt, seemed irritated and was "ready to go to lunch" as he mentioned to one of the other front desk staff members. When I finished my visit and went to check out, no one was at the desk and although several other front desk staff members for ENT and rheumatology were at their desk, everyone ignored me. I went back to the nurses station and Dr. Chiang and the nurse checked me out. Lastly, there were other patients/families trying to get help and the staff was less than helpful. I work in healthcare and lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff and this behavior is unacceptable. The front desk/check-in staff could benefit significantly from customer service training.
