We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment, which we did, yet we waited over an hour to actually see the doctor. Once we saw the doctor, I felt the appointment was rushed. No actual tests were conducted on my child to diagnose him. We were told to schedule a follow-up appointment with a front desk attendant, but all front desk attendants left for the day. The nurses didn't even realize the front desk attendants were gone. This was our first appointment with this facility, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience.

While everyone I interacted with was lovely, my appointment was pointless and I should not have gone in nor should I have gone 5 days without allergy pills when they didn't even test me for anything. I was in agony for 5 days, got into the room and was told to just keep taking allergy pills. This should have all been addressed in my initial phone call where I gave the exact same information as I did when I was in the room.

I was in the office for over 1hr and a half. Just for her to tell me that she did not think it was allergies (without any testing) But she wants me to take Zyrtec, an allergy medicine. I will be looking for a new dr.

Dr. Chiang is amazing. She took the time to talk to us and we never felt rushed. She made my son feel comfortable and that she truly cared about his health and how to help him. She has a very gentle nature and we really appreciated her! The nurse that took my son's vitals as well as Alice were both wonderful too. We were very happy with our entire visit!

The wait times were just really long and as wonderful as the nursing staff was with our child, I feel like things weren't explained to us very clearly and the testing wasn't as comprehensive as I feel like it should have been with our son having the possible allergies that he had. And when the test was complete, the wait time was very long and with having a baby, things like that can be quite difficult, especially when nobody was willing to come in and help us out at that point. And that kind of made the experience more difficult. And I would say we definitely had a better experience with our other children at Wellstar Allergy and Asthma in Vinings than we did at the Marietta location.
