This was my first appointment with Dr. Chiang and I was blown away. She is an amazing doctor, listened thoroughly to an issue that's been ongoing for years, and truly made me feel like my concerns were heard. It might sound ridiculous and silly, but I felt so at peace after the appointment because of how wonderful she was. I am truly so appreciative and will recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone who needs an allergist.

It seemed that my concern was dismissed almost immediately. Intended or no, my concerns were left invalidated. The health issues I've experienced have gone on for years now. I've experienced them long enough. I was just seeking a specialist who would take me seriously. What is the harm in running tests, and ruling things out? A panel was ordered, but that was all. Very few in depth questions asked about my symptoms.

My visit was really good. The doctor and staff all made me feel very comfortable. They all explained the procedures and the result numbers. And let me see what else is there. I was taken seriously and I would definitely recommend to others. I was very pleased. When I was there, it took a little bit longer than I anticipated because additional tests were run, which I appreciate them taking the time to do that instead of rescheduling me for another time. The way the check in clerks have their monitors situated in front of them not any of them can see clients standing directly in front of them, coupled with each and every last single check in clerk was on their personal cell phones contributing to patients just standing there waiting to be noticed and/or walk between the 4 clerks situated at the front desk, hoping any of them will assist you. I am a referral from the veterans health administration community care program. Unfortunately your organization does not seem to have a way to process veterans referred from the VA via the community care program into your system. I was told I could not be seen without providing my insurance card. I happen to have insurance, but many veterans don't have insurance but insurance is a non-factor in this particular instance because it is a referral from the VA as your participation in the community care program you should not be asking for my insurance, my appointment should not be contingent upon whether or not I have insurance and I should not find that out at check-in for a veterans health administration. Community care visit. insurance is irrelevant whether or not the patient has insurance is irrelevant, it definitely should not be a condition for receiving care. the insurance is the veterans health administration community care program that you all have agreed to be a part of, but unfortunately, you haven't actually agreed to learn how it works. You are putting undo stress and anxiety on the veteran. Patient that has been referred to your facility from the community care program which makes me wonder. Is it an ignorant mistake or are you scamming the federal government?

Community care visit. insurance is irrelevant whether or not the patient has insurance is irrelevant, it definitely should not be a condition for receiving care. the insurance is the veterans health administration community care program that you all have agreed to be a part of, but unfortunately, you haven't actually agreed to learn how it works. I've experienced them long enough. I was just seeking a specialist who would take me seriously. What is the harm in running tests, and ruling things out? A panel was ordered, but that was all. Very few in depth questions asked about my symptoms.

I waited for over an hour in the room without seeing a physician. I wasn't given any updates. I had my young child with me, it would have been nice to know how behind the provider was so I could have rescheduled.

Dr. Chiang is awesome not only am I happy with the agreed plan of actions, I am very grateful for her patience in helping me understand what i may be experiencing.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Chiang and I was blown away. She is an amazing doctor, listened thoroughly to an issue that's been ongoing for years, and truly made me feel like my concerns were heard. It might sound ridiculous and silly, but I felt so at peace after the appointment because of how wonderful she was. I am truly so appreciative and will recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone who needs an allergist.
