The wait times were just really long and as wonderful as the nursing staff was with our child, I feel like things weren't explained to us very clearly and the testing wasn't as comprehensive as I feel like it should have been with our son having the possible allergies that he had. And when the test was complete, the wait time was very long and with having a baby, things like that can be quite difficult, especially when nobody was willing to come in and help us out at that point. And that kind of made the experience more difficult. And I would say we definitely had a better experience with our other children at Wellstar Allergy and Asthma in Vinings than we did at the Marietta location.

Dr. Chiang was very, very polite and she was very informative and her bedside manner was just stellar and I felt she made me feel like my issue. She explained it and it made me feel very good about my issue. And just the whole entire experience from when I entered the building to I talked to security till I talked to someone at the front desk at the office, everybody was very nice and it was a clean facility and very well organized and the experience, the overall experience was great.
