Dr. Chiang is an awesome Allergy and Immunology doctor. She has treated me for several years for acute Sinusitis which I typically have in the past 4-6 times per year. Recently I caught a virus that moved to my chest rapidly and she and her team graciously carved out time to fit me in and do a diagnosis. I am starting a new position at a new company in a few days and could not afford to be laid up. Tops in knowledge, Listening and bedside manner.

All of the staff were incredibly nice and professional. However, I left feeling confused. The provider was very confident that allergies do not cause ear pain. However, that goes against everything other providers have told me in the past and feels dismissive of my pain, which I know for certain is being caused by allergies.

I have a 12:30 appointment they taking me to room 12:50 and I wait inside room till 01:35 pm, so late.

I went in to get feedback on what I can do next to get rid of hives and the answers were meds. I want to get to the bottom of why and who I need to see to get healthy and don't feel like that was the direction she wanted to go. I have been taking meds for years and seeing doctors for different areas of health and am still trying to solve this,not cover it up with medication.

My appointment was an hour behind. The whole point of me coming was to get re-tested for allergies. She basically told me an allergy test wouldn't help with what I have going on.

Unfortunately I spent over 45 minutes in the exam room without contact either anyone. The exam resulted in a non answer to my issue and I have an additional balance

We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment, which we did, yet we waited over an hour to actually see the doctor. Once we saw the doctor, I felt the appointment was rushed. No actual tests were conducted on my child to diagnose him. We were told to schedule a follow-up appointment with a front desk attendant, but all front desk attendants left for the day. The nurses didn't even realize the front desk attendants were gone. This was our first appointment with this facility, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience.

While everyone I interacted with was lovely, my appointment was pointless and I should not have gone in nor should I have gone 5 days without allergy pills when they didn't even test me for anything. I was in agony for 5 days, got into the room and was told to just keep taking allergy pills. This should have all been addressed in my initial phone call where I gave the exact same information as I did when I was in the room.

She has a very gentle nature and we really appreciated her! The nurse that took my son's vitals as well as Alice were both wonderful too. We were very happy with our entire visit!
