Yes, I was actually about 10 minutes or so late for my appointment and I appreciate the fact that I wasn't scolded about it and that I was treated with the same amount of respect that I would have, I believe, if I had gotten there on time. The people actually delivering care were wonderful. I was very disappointed in how long it took me to get a call back from the office people. i was sent a document that was critical to my being able to have an allergy test done. The document access was restricted so that patients could not open it and fud not respond to me for over give data. That was unacceptable.

I feel like every member of staff is great and attentive. Honestly this has been the only office I've trusted enough to go back to. Dr Chiang is so knowledgeable and is quick to put things together in ways I haven't seen in other doctors, even in the Wellstar system. I love my visits to the office.
