Mostly my experience was good.... Until I booked an appointment for an MRI. The lady there said she was corporate... her demeanor and unprofessional way was disgusting!!! I've worked with people for over 50 yrs and if someone acted that way to a customer they would be fired on the spot!! If I wasn't referred to a Dr there I would never go back! Thank God that after that I had to check out and the girl that helped me was soooooo nice and a pure pleasure to talk to. I think you have some people in the wrong position.

I was stuck in a construction detour and was late for my appointment, but Gina and the staff still worked me in. I arrived probably about 15, 20 minutes later than my originally scheduled time, but I was still able to be seen, so I'm very thankful for that and for their flexibility. I did mention some headaches. I didn't think it was related to the fall. But from a neurological standpoint, I probably, I wanted to hear more or maybe have her ask me some other questions about that or, you know, talk to me about, you know, any other possible ramifications of what I might need to do to get the headaches checked out. I know it's not related to the lumbar issues and maybe that's why she couldn't comment on it. But, you know, being at a specialist, I would have wanted

Thank God that after that I had to check out and the girl that helped me was soooooo nice and a pure pleasure to talk to. I think you have some people in the wrong position.
