We were not supposed to see this provider. this was a followup and they didn't tell us they had scheduled us for a location an hour away. after some brief confusion they allowed us to see another PA and we were very happy we didn't need to reschedule or miss her followup.

Dr. Chan was absolutely fantastic. However, the wait times at that office were absolutely ridiculous. Both occasions that we came, I waited for well over an hour between being in the front room and then back in the patient room. We waited for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes total before seeing the doctor. You could also improve knowing it's a kid's practice with waiting area and the wait being super long by maybe having some books or toys around the office or in the rooms to help with the long, long wait.

The doctor listened to my granddaughter, the pain that she was going through. He also told her about the exercises to help her. And to then, after surgery, to have physical therapists. And he was caring. I mean, he was very warm and caring and friendly. So that helped her get through it, by her being a child.
