I've been a patient here for sometime and never had a bad experience. The whole staff makes you feel important. The staff makes you feel very comfortable every time I've had an appointment.

I've always had great experiences with the staff and doctors at this clinic. I have been going there since 2019 when a mammogram showed my cancer had returned after 21 years. I trust them with my treatments and everyone is always so friendly. they were running behind schedule because I did have to wait an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. I did not like that, and I felt like someone should have come out and told me about the delay. But thank goodness I did not have any other appointments so the weight was OK. But Unless it is a rule, appointments should be scheduled in 30 minute increments not 15. I don't think I've ever been to a follow up appointment that was only 15 minutes. I think that would help the back up as well as not stress out the staff because of everything running behind. Plus it would give better quality time to talk to the doctor instead of everything being so rushed.

The staff at the Jasper, GA location are very knowledgeable and caring individuals from the Doctor, Nurses, Tech's and office staff. Our area is very fortunate to have this facility. They all deserve recognition for a excellent job.

I absolutely love my doctor and how much she cares about my well being. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I received the tests I needed

Your billing needs some work. I have insurance and the system for the last 2 visits bills me for lab work. They resolved this finally about 6 months ago and I went for 6 months check and they did the same thing so I have made multiple calls to billing which is a full time job and it's still not resolved. Love this drs office and they have nothing to do with billing. I'm told it happens to all board of education employees.
