Very hard to answer the questions. First visit with Dr Kunter, she is not part of the Piedmont System where all our doctors and medical history resides. We had to be the Medical Historians to try to provide a timeline of medical events. Medications were visible in the Epic System. We are sure once we have a follow up appointment it will feel like there is more continuity of care.

My feedback isn't so much with the practice itself, but with the hospital location. When I arrived, I was carrying my baby in a car seat, and it was very heavy. And there was a gentleman downstairs in the lobby who immediately came up. He had a volunteer tag on. And he offered to carry the baby car seat all the way up to my appointment. He waited until I got signed in, and then even walked the baby over to where I was going to be seated. It was just extremely helpful because the car seat was really heavy and I'd forgotten the stroller. And then he told me, he was like, yeah, if you leave before 12 o'clock, have them call down and I'll come back up and help you carry the baby back down. And it was just, I mean, an unimaginable weight lifted. So I can't stress enough how I was just like really blown away

Your billing people do a horrible job, lie to your customers and don't follow through on their commitments.
