I think that large balance you have to pay for your first visit needs to be lowered. That's kind of ridiculous, but other than that, I liked the practice.

It's a tough place to be, but from check-in, to blood draw, to doctor K, to check out were - and always are, superb. Dr.K escorted a very elderly patient using a walker to the exit door, where front desk lady took over. I was astounded at his will power and their compassion. Kudos to the entire team! (They need a larger space.)

The entire staff is extremely sweet and listens to everything about me. I know that Dr. Kunter is extremely busy but to take 45-60 minutes to be seen is frustrating to wait so long. My appointment time was for 9:45a.m. & to be this much behind difficult to handle when as a patient I'm busy & have things to do.

The staff is fantastic. The nurses in particular go out of their way to be sure that you are doing well. I receive painful shots every three weeks, and have been positively impressed by how caring and careful the nurses are to reduce the pain as much as possible. They feel like family to me.

And every single visit, the staff has been very respectful and caring. And I actually, in the two and a half years I've been under treatment at Dr. Kunter's office for stage four metastatic melanoma, I have considered that I was going to quote the spa. And that's how I refer to her infusion center whenever I talk about every single appointment I have at her office.
