I really enjoyed the process. The doctor was very nice, very patient. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the call number to make an appointment. The phone number I called several times, no one answered, no one called me back with a voicemail. And then the online portal really didn't work. So that's my only issue during the whole process. The doctor and then the nurses are really, really friendly.

Everyone from the front office staff to the nurse to the doctor was great to work with. We had a wonderful experience and I really felt like everyone genuinely cared about helping us get some answers to help my daughter. I would say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office.

I felt like the doctor was annoyed that we were there. Especially when I could not name all the different medications we've tried over the last six months to help my son. He made a couple of faces that I don't think he knows I saw. He's probably a good doctor but I was not too impressed. If we come back I will ask to see someone else.

Dr. Aaron was phenomenal and his team. My daughter's situation has now been taken care of thanks to him. She's breathing better and she's having better night's sleep and she's enjoying life now. Prior to this, it was very difficult for her, but thanks to Dr. Aaron, she is on a good positive road with her ear, nose, and throat and we appreciate him so much. It makes experience to his patients and his expertise and we just are so grateful for him. Thank you.
