I was supposed to be scheduled with a nurse practitioner. However, I was scheduled with the Audiologist. all I can say is the medical staff from the front desk to the back or excellent. The nurse practitioner is beyond compare. However, the audiologist was over an hour behind schedule and he did not appear concerned about this at all. I was moved over to the nurse practitioner schedule and was immediately seen after waiting almost 40 minutes.

My only complaint was I had a 1:00pm appointment and I did not see the techs until 1:40pm. I had been there an hour when I was called to see the techs. I have stage IV breast cancer and also sleep issues. I was exhausted by the time I left I wish I did not have to wait so long. I arrived early as this was my first visit to Well Star.

Essentially, the computer system keep referencing that my insurance copay was 340$. Took several attempts to finally get right. The lady who treated me acted professionally. I explained my ear problem; said, I had seen another doctor who had prescribed two medications. So, far from seeing the first provider nothing has really changed. After this provider checked my ears nose and throat told me to keep taking medication that there could be a form of blockage caused by a allergy. No other tests or treatment ; so, I still have the problem.

The lady that took care of me was just excellent. She was very attentive, she was concerned, considerate, and she was very cautious of the way she handled me. And she was just wonderful. And I really appreciate her kindness and her concern for me. And she really did a good job with my ears. Thank you so much. Thank you.

The nurse practitioner is beyond compare. However, the audiologist was over an hour behind schedule and he did not appear concerned about this at all. I was moved over to the nurse practitioner schedule and was immediately seen after waiting almost 40 minutes.
