It was wonderful! I was a mess when I arrived and messed up checking in. The receptionist came over to help me and she was so patient and understanding I was called to the back met the sweetest nurse took my Vitals, The P A came in looked in both ears, she both had debris in them. All of them had treated with such kindness and compassion. I teared up and didn't want to leave. I will certainly tell everyone I meet if you ENT go there!

They were so good and I had a hearing test and found out I had some hearing loss. I am so glad I went there. If I did not go, I would have not found out I had some hearing loss!!
