They were so involved in what was bothering me. My ears were clogged with wax and they were very gentle with me because I did not want to expect. They were so good and I had a hearing test and found out I had some hearing loss. I am so glad I went there. If I did not go, I would have not found out I had some hearing loss!! I am so grateful to each and every one of the ENT staff

EVERYONE working in the medical field need time to actually LISTEN to their patients!! And not be in a rush to do a procedure. And to take their time GENTLY for those new patients!! ESPECIALLY for those patients who had a PAINFUL EXPERIENCE with the last doctor in that field!!
