Arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early as directed, after having vitals checked. I sat in a cold room for approximately 15 minutes before the resident came in, she stated that the doctor was in another room, she departed to show the picture she had taken to the doctor. Came back after 10 minutes, saying that the doctor had to attend to an emergency. Proceed to tell me my wound looks good. Also stated that the doctor wants to see me in 4 weeks. I was in that cold room for nearly an hour, I voiced my opinion about everyone time is valuable as was mine. If I arrive at the appointed time, I wasn't seen promptly, so what is the point of arriving on time. The resident apologized for the delay but this is not the first time it has happened. Then never to see the doctor, not resident. The doctor was walking through the parking lot as I was exiting the car to enter the building, so I saw him enter the building.I overheard another patient voice their concerns about being put in a exam room that was cold, without any interaction for 45 minutes. My point being everyone's time is valuable and should be honored when you arrive on time. If I plotted out a time frame to adhere to the time allocated for my appointment, I should be given the same courtesy to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. So I can continue with my day

This doctor is not interested in helping someone because it has to fall within his area of expertise. If it's outside of his area of expertise and he feels challenged or struggled, he does not want to assist. If it's complex, he does not listen to the patient. He does not care about the patient. At no point was there patient concern. He absolutely only wants to see rudimental common issues. If it's outside of the commonality, he is not interested in helping the patient.
