Dr. Agarwald's team...I cannot imagine a Swiss clock that works better. I met the team prior to my VA provider loss. What a nice parting gift.

The visit to the doctor's office was awesome. Getting the appointment and making the appointment with the correct person took a lot of work through the phone system. I had to end up going to the clinic to make the appointment versus the clinic reaching out to me to make the appointment. We need to do something about that. Thank you very much.

It was a very long wait. They didn't appear to know why I was there. They tried to do one test. The PA or the nurse or whoever was trying it could not get it done. They said Dr. Agarwal will do it when he comes in. He did not do it. When they did the operation a year or so ago, they had to do it twice. When I got ready to leave, he said, just make an appointment in four years or so. I don't need to see you for then. It was nice meeting you. They just didn't have it together, and I won't go back there. I will find somebody else. Thank you very much.

Hi, yes. I guess the only thing that really comes to mind is the condition of the rooms. I didn't think the rooms were in very good shape. I don't know, they just looked a little dirty. As far as the doctor, yes, he was fine. I think there was a little bit loss of communication between the intern and him because I got to thinking about it and... So when I saw the intern first, I told him that my leg hurt back there and so on and so forth, it's behind the knee. But then when the doctor came in, I don't know, I don't think he understood how much it had been hurting me. He seemed to feel it was in the vein and that's very possible, but there are times when it does hurt and I just felt a little bit like maybe it was downplayed, I could be wrong also.
