The overall experience was excellent. I waited less than 5 mins. The nurse was so kind and responsive. And I can't say enough about Dr Hathaway. He explained my situation, created a diagram and helped me understand the imaging. I left with a smile on my face. I really felt cared for and heard.

Dr. Hathaway was superb and the procedure was great. He forgot to send in the medicine for the night. I suffered throughout the night and was not able to get pain medicine until noon the next day. Other than that, the procedure was excellent.
