Parking lot was full and I had to wait 5 minutes for a parking spot. And the dead end of the parking lot is difficult to navigate when the parking lot is full. Otherwise everything else made for a good visit!

I completely trust them with my care because of the excellent communication, knowledgeable consultation, and evidence that they were familiar with my medical history. I was able to ask questions and received honest answers with reasonable timelines regarding recovery.

And yes, in the conversation on 22nd, the man spoke directly, looked at me directly, and listened to what the hell I had to say. So yeah, I'd recommend him all the way. and had great staff from before the operation and all the way through. Thank you.

Dr Hathaway is amazing Feel blessed to be in his care His nurse is wonderful Anita at the front desk was offensively impolite by ignoring me as I tried to sign in ...totally dismissed me. I stood at the desk in front of her ... only to be disregarded ,she attended to other patients checking out but still refused to acknowledge me . I was already nervous knowing we were going to discuss my CT scan.... Didn't sleep well the previous night . I felt slighted A horrible start to my day.
