She explained things in a way that a non-medical professional could understand and took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had. I would see her again anytime, but hope I don't have to :) The people working the desks in the waiting room upstairs were not as kind. There was a mix up and I was called up to the second floor before I had been checked in on the first floor. The ladies upstairs acted like I was stupid and made me feel like I had done something very wrong. I'd never been there before, I didn't know the procedure, and I was beyond terrified for the appointment to begin with. This was not at all what I needed. The woman was very angry and rude towards me and when I said I was just doing what I was told, kept telling me that I should not have done that. Outside of that first impression, this provider was fantastic.

I cannot remember the girls' names, but the front desk, cute little girl, was just as sweet as can be, very helpful with anything I had to fill out or all the information I needed, and also gave me papers to help fill out for financial aid. And then the nurse in the back was amazingly sweet. Staff was busy, so she came in and finished the checkup process besides just doing the triage. And yes, that office was the best office I've ever been to of any of the WellStare doctors that I go to. My WellStare primary care is not my favorite anymore. I've got to find another doctor, but they are amazing at that office. Thank you so much.

EVERYONE I INTERACTED WITH WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I'M DIFFICULT TO DRAW BLOOD FROM. IT IS COMMON IT TAKES 3, 4 OR EVEN 5 STICKS TO DRAW 3 VIALS OF BLOOD. THE STAFF LISTENED AND USED THE INFORMATION GIVEN (SMALL VEINS - VERY DEEP) AND MANAGED THE DRAW WITH 1 STICK. (NICE JOB)
