The entire process was seamless. From the time my husband and I entered the building we were greeted with a kind reception. And then when Felicity came to get us a direct us to the floor for the actual exam. She offered us snacks and/or water as we would be scheduled to wait for my turn. She was such a pleasant person and so were the other two ladies who we encountered for stats and blood work. But I was definitely pleased that I was assigned to Dr. Fang Liu.she was professional, courteous and a great listener. She also called me today to review the results of the blood tests. I truly do appreciate that I will be seeing her for my scheduled appointments. Congratulations for the staff that was in place for my initial visit.

Today we met with a new doctor as our previous doctor retired. She was a blessing in disguise. She looked over the records noticed something no one else did. Took a blood sample and determined my husband had low iron which is why he had been feeling so bad.Appreciate her very much.
