The receptionist and the nurse that took me to the exam room, they were all very welcoming, nice, very personable. Dr. E is awesome. She is very comprehensive. She looks at all the notes. She reviews all the medications. She explains everything very thoroughly and in layman's terms so that I understand what's going on. I'm very comfortable with her. She's extremely friendly. I just like her a lot. I recommended her to my daughter who likes her as well. And my daughter's mother-in-law moved out here recently. I'm going to refer her to Dr. E as well. So she's an awesome doctor. I'm glad I hooked up with her.

The service was very good, I just didn't like it when it was time to take my blood for the exam, there was no professional for that, so I had to go to another clinic, schedule another appointment, this is really not cool.

My appointment was at 10:45 am. I arrived at 10:20 for my first visit to the practice. Dr. Esther walked into my room at 12:00 pm!!! The MA kept apologizing and bringing me water saying the Provider takes her time with patients. I could not believe I sat there waiting for over an hour. She never apologized for the wait.
