Everyone was very informative and very friendly, but I do have the concern that I was given a tetanus shot, which I really was not comfortable getting. And right after that, I had a muscle spasm and ended up in the ER that very night. So I'm not sure if I need to get a call back from Dr. Esther, but that was not a good experience after I left the office.

The unequivocally best experience I have ever had at the doctors. I was recommending this practice and Dr. E to my friends and family before I had even left the premises. From the front desk staff who checked me in, to Nurse Patient who reviewed my case before Dr. E began, to the phlebotomist who did my labs, every single person was a joy to work with.

Waited an hour to go back. My previous medical history wasn't obtained before the appointment nor was I given paperwork to relay that. Nurse seemed frazzled, and the doctor asked me multiple questions I had already conveyed to the nurse. My physical exam took two minutes and the doctor did not give any feed back after that. Doctor didn't ask me about my personal life, which I think is inappropriate for establishing care at a new practice. My referral to OBGYN was for a doctor that retired last year.

The nurse that checked my vitals made me feel uncomfortable. I shared my concerns, and she tried to talk me out of sharing those concerns with the doctor. I was also concerned about my blood pressure. After she took it twice (both readings were high), and attempted to convince me that it was fine and not actually an issue. I felt like had to defend my concerns while waiting for the doctor I was actually scheduled to see. My visit with the doctor was a relief.
