Esetela, who I spoke to to make my appointment was very kind and she checked me out. She was very professional, patient and responsive to my request of getting my check out papets. Patience, the MA was extremely professional, patient and responsive to my needs. This was my 1st time seeing Dr. E. and her beside manners are great. She listened,very knowledgeable, patient and informative.

Patient and Dr. E were super nice for the most part, but I think that they were ready to leave (I had the last appointment of the day) because they were both talking super quickly and even cut me off at multiple points. I came with notes about multiple things I wanted to get the ball rolling on with this physical, and I didn't even get the chance to talk about the vast majority of it, including some very concerning neurological symptoms/changes I've been having. I'll admit that maybe I just booked the wrong kind of appointment, but if not an annual physical, when should this be brought up? I felt like I could barely get a word in edgewise once my hypertension (and depression) came up, which was at the very start of the appointment due to it already being in my chart. I'm in constant (unexplained) physical pain that affects my daily life, and every time I tried to breach the issue, somehow we ended up talking about my high blood pressure again - which is already managed with medication. While I left with a reasonable game plan for further diagnosis/treatment regarding my hypertension, I also left feeling unheard, discouraged, and frustrated. I felt like I had wasted my time. I want to emphasize that I liked speaking with Patient and Dr. E. They seemed like very nice people and I want to continue working with them on my health - I hope in the future we have more success. I think they both just need to remember to slow down a little bit and really absorb what a patient is saying.

She reviews all the medications. She explains everything very thoroughly and in layman's terms so that I understand what's going on. I'm very comfortable with her. She's extremely friendly. I just like her a lot. I recommended her to my daughter who likes her as well. And my daughter's mother-in-law moved out here recently. I'm going to refer her to Dr. E as well. So she's an awesome doctor. I'm glad I hooked up with her.

The MA kept apologizing and bringing me water saying the Provider takes her time with patients. I could not believe I sat there waiting for over an hour. She never apologized for the wait.

Dr. Esther was excellent. I'm looking forward to my next visit. The staff was exceptional as well. And everything is just clean, neat, and I really appreciate the attention that was given to me as a new patient.

Patient and Dr. E were super nice for the most part, but I think that they were ready to leave (I had the last appointment of the day) because they were both talking super quickly and even cut me off at multiple points. I came with notes about multiple things I wanted to get the ball rolling on with this physical, and I didn't even get the chance to talk about the vast majority of it, including some very concerning neurological symptoms/changes I've been having. I'll admit that maybe I just booked the wrong kind of appointment, but if not an annual physical, when should this be brought up? I felt like I could barely get a word in edgewise once my hypertension (and depression) came up, which was at the very start of the appointment due to it already being in my chart. I'm in constant (unexplained) physical pain that affects my daily life, and every time I tried to breach the issue, somehow we ended up talking about my high blood pressure again - which is already managed with medication. While I left with a reasonable game plan for further diagnosis/treatment regarding my hypertension, I also left feeling unheard, discouraged, and frustrated. I felt like I had wasted my time. I want to emphasize that I liked speaking with Patient and Dr. E. They seemed like very nice people and I want to continue working with them on my health - I hope in the future we have more success. I think they both just need to remember to slow down a little bit and really absorb what a patient is saying.

Esetela, who I spoke to to make my appointment was very kind and she checked me out. She was very professional, patient and responsive to my request of getting my check out papets. Patience, the MA was extremely professional, patient and responsive to my needs. This was my 1st time seeing Dr. E. and her beside manners are great. She listened,very knowledgeable, patient and informative.
