I love that the nurse I talked to was very friendly, professional and the doctor was very friendly and professional and very informative.

The staff should have directed me to get my labs done first because when I was done seeing the doctor and my EKG, I had to wait an hour for the lab technician to return from the lunch break so that they could draw my blood. Not the best use of my time. So my feedback is to look ahead for the most efficient use of the patient's in office time. Thanks

The receptionist was kind to tell me right away that the doctors were behind schedule. The wait was really not that long past the time of my appointment but I appreciated knowing there would be a delay. This seems to be a very well-run office where patients are treated with consideration. Even thought they were very busy, the nurse and doctor took their time in the exam. I highly recommend Dr. Esin and her staff.

I was impressed with Dr. Esin's knowledge. She told me things about my conditions that I did not know. All my questions were answered before I left. Her nurse (Laura) was also personable and professional and I enjoyed my time with her as well.
