I was seen right away by both doctors promptly. And both were very good at explaining everything. Was impressed with the time they each took with me and gave adequate explanations to my questions

I had the first appointment of the day, and was told to arrive early. Even so, the staff didn't arrive until the appointment time or very close to it. It's awkward to arrive before the staff. A sign told me to check in at the kiosk, but the kiosk was undergoing maintenance, so that didn't happen. Also, I had to wait so long for my appointment (a full month) that my symptoms resolved, making the appointment unhelpful. I kept the appointment to establish care for when the issue comes back, but this is very frustrating and needlessly expensive.

Dr. Ware has always been not only very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with my husband's tinnitus and use of hearing aids to try and alleviate it, but also compassionate in dealing with him as a patient suffering from dementia. She is kind and understanding of his issues and, therefore, very effective in addressing his concerns.

The audiologist spent time talking to me about different concerns about my hearing and the doctor also gave me a lot of feedback and information also. I really appreciated my conversation with the audiologist and I felt like I learned a lot from her while I was there.
