Based on experiences of friends with other facilities, I was leery about a hard sell on the most expensive hearing aids. What I got instead was a very professional explanation of the products and their capabilities. I felt I got honest and frank answers to all my questions and was able to make an educated choice for a hearing aid I think will be best for me.

I was seen right away by both doctors promptly. And both were very good at explaining everything. Was impressed with the time they each took with me and gave adequate explanations to my questions

I had the first appointment of the day, and was told to arrive early. Even so, the staff didn't arrive until the appointment time or very close to it. It's awkward to arrive before the staff. A sign told me to check in at the kiosk, but the kiosk was undergoing maintenance, so that didn't happen. Also, I had to wait so long for my appointment (a full month) that my symptoms resolved, making the appointment unhelpful. I kept the appointment to establish care for when the issue comes back, but this is very frustrating and needlessly expensive.
