Beginning with Tina and the check-in process to Kim with the health information assessment and then teaching of the upcoming procedure to Erin, the nurse practitioner and finally to Kim for scheduling my procedure, I could not have had a better experience! Everyone listened to my concerns, addressed my needs and did not think any question I had was not important. This is an excellent team!!

The staff at Erin Spink's office was very professional, very thorough, and very kind. However, the following day when I needed to drop my specimen off to the lab services, I called several times and they would not answer. I wanted to see what time they closed. No one would answer, but when I got there, the girl that should have been back there at the kiosk camping people was up at the office talking to the other girl and they were just talking about personal stuff. And then another lady came in after me and I had to help her with the kiosk. So I was very, very pleased with Erin Spink's office, but the lab needs some work. Thank you.

She came in, she was very kind and thorough, and she listened to everything that I said I was having complaints with, and she wanted to make sure that we covered every complaint that I had to make sure I'd be treated for them. The nurse team was sweet, especially the front desk. I couldn't have been taken care of by a better team.

My only concern is they have to always schedule so far out. I have had this appt for about 3 months and the procedure is 2 months out and then the follow up from the procedure is 2 months later.

I was a little uncomfortable. I didn't feel very welcome when I went into the facility. Some of the staff wasn't very friendly. That's the only complaint I have.

I was fortunate enough to get a wait list appointment and get in sooner, but the waiting is so long. I wish something could be done about that. Thank you.

She is patient and she treats everyone with dignity. Well, she treats me with dignity and respect because I can only speak for myself. So I will most definitely continue to have her as my care person, and I will most definitely recommend her and Dr. Collins to anyone that needs a colonoscopy or have any type of gastro issues. Thank you.
