She is absolutely the best. She breaks everything down to you. She tells you from A to plan B. She makes sure you understand everything. She's very polite. She's very sweet. And I just love her. My first time being there, everyone nice, breathing, very welcome, smiles all over the place. Just warm your heart. Again, 100%, I would recommend anyone to them.

Every day I would like the customer service to change and improve. During this visit, it didn't go well for me; the nurse was a bit dismissive and made faces because I was talking. I was speaking with my daughter, who was going to translate for me, and the lady sounded very annoyed. The nurse continued to make gestures. I complained to the doctor, and she justified the nurse, saying the problem was not with me but with the receptionist. I informed them that I was not going for free; I was paying and shouldn't have to deal with her annoyance just because I spoke Spanish. If I was speaking Spanish, I had my own interpreter; my daughter was going to translate for me through the speaker on the phone.
