I do not like the new appointment schedule process. Why am I talking to a triage nurse to set an appointment? They are rude and very short with me. I held on hold for 12 minutes on the triage line a few weeks ago and finally hung up. Are you trying to send your patients to urgent care instead? This is not a good process. I am sure they are not in the office because everyone there is always courteous and professional. Please stop this process.
