Dr Landry and her staff are exceptional...the concerns I have are understaffed lab, just one person doing everything, also the restroom in the main lobby, towel door being held closed by tape and on the outside, unkept flower beds with old mulch and weeds in them...this doesn't reflect the competence on the medical staff, but one could say that the maintenance and upkeep on the building and grounds could reflect upon the staff...just a little TLC would help tremendously...

Trying to get this appointment was ridiculous. The person who answered bc my husband had an ear he made me talk to a nurse. I was transferred and was on hold for an hour. I finally did the call back and no one called me back. Finally I called again got the same person and she finally decided to schedule me with her. If this continues we will be switching even though I love them both and they are the best. It's your new policies that are horrible.

Erin was exceptional, however the medical assistant needs improvement. She stuck the thermometer in my ear so fast I didn't have time to get my hearing aid out. She also was not very personable.
