My visit was fine. The staff was great and I felt comfortable with the doctor. However-I felt the building lacked signage letting visitors know where to go or where elevators were. The parking lot was horrible! I tripped and fell because of a divot/dip in the parking lot. There were a ton of potholes making driving, parking and walking challenging as well! Patients are already coming in with mobility issues and health issues. WellStar facilities should be safe for them.

Called to schedule an appointment, left a message, and no one followed up. So, I messaged the office via myChart, where I was told again to call. After rearranging my work schedule to accommodate a time that was never pre-confirmed with me, I signed on to the telehealth appointment when asked, only to be left waiting for 15m+. Eventually, I had to return to work, unfortunately without seeing my doctor. I'll likely be looking for another provider.
