Dr. Ericka Bennett is extremely professional and has excellent bed side manner. She is very knowledgeable. My only issue is getting through to her main office. The phones are so frustrating. There was a lady that took my vitals, my weight and asked me a bunch of questions before seeing Dr. Bennett. I forgot this wonderful ladies name. She told me that she has been a floater for years at Wellstar. She was a tall lady with glasses. I hope she continues to help in Dr. Bennett office. I feel super lucky to have such a fantastic Doctor as Doctor Bennett.

Dr Bennett is a good doctor but the staff is TERRIBLE! They don't answer the phones. I've left multiple messages for myself and they don't call me back. I even left s message in the portal requesting a call back and there was no response. It takes away from your trust of the doctor if the staff is so negligent and non-responsive. I recommended my sister to Dr Bennett one month ago, and to this day, no one has returned her call.
