Brittany was especially helpful in taking care of my ear problem. I'm most appreciative for that. Both Erica and Brittany are great to work with and very professional.

Everyone is nice, but they lack of a consistent lab is frustrating. You never know if the lab will be available, and I've already fasted, etc., so not getting a blood draw is frustrating. I can go to another place, but that is an extra stop and extra time, and returning to the office for a second visit for labs, defeats the purpose of choosing a provider's office with a lab.

If the lab is going to be closed a day you are scheduled to have a physical, a phone call would be nice so you don't fast waiting on your 11:30am appointment. When you mention it to the nurse just to be told, well you can just go to Acworth Health Park. How about you think about your patients!

I have been going to the Stilesboro location initially bc of its location to our home. Once we moved our 3 children and my husband and I over to the office, it has always been professional and truly warm interactions. The practice knows who we are and Erica always makes small talk before she jumps in on the reasons we are at the office. Luckily, I do not have many health issues other than back and knee pain and she always listens and HEARS me. I feel comfortable speaking about uncomfortable things and look forward to my visits. The assistants are always great and attentive and front office staff is professional and friendly.
