Every time I call up there it takes forever or multiple calls for the front office ladies to answer the phone. When I called today around 8:05 it took 3 calls to finally get someone on the phone. I explained I needed to be seen and started explaining why, the lady on the phone said "well I need your name first" with an attitude and laughing at the end of it. It is never a pleasant experience trying to get ahold of this office.

I feel like I am just another number there. They want to get me in and out as soon as possible. I spent more time waiting to see the doctor than actually seeing my doctor. Since I am young they are quick to dismiss me. I have had to advocate for myself to get care I felt I needed based on years of test results. I wish they would take more time to look at old results and see if there is a trend where things look bad that we need address it sooner than later. I feel like I should not be the one telling my care team how to treat me. That is why I come to see them.
