I love coming to your practice, but this is the third year in a row that I have been there and you have not had a phlebotomist. You need to keep a phlebotomist on staff because it is very inconvenient to take off work to plan to get my physical and my labs done just to be told, nope, sorry, you have to go somewhere else. So that's my complaint.

Apparently, you, Wellstar, have now instructed member offices to aggressively push for specific dates of travel when checking in. None of your business. In future, if asked again, I will again opt out of replying. My business. Not yours. Additionally, your system now tracks weight in the metric system. Last I checked, the US was still on the English system. Again, not cool. Thirdly, once again, there is no plebotomist at this location, which causes a huge scheduling problem for me. Wait time at Acworth Health Place was nearly an hour. I am seriously considering switching providers to a practice with verifiable, on site blood work.
