Making an appointment is a nightmare. Will consider going to urgent care next time. The new phone process is horrible and will make people feel worse than they already do by having to deal with. Everything was great, they explained everything well, and everything was perfect. If I answered a question incorrectly, it's because sometimes I don't hear well, but it seems I answered correctly. But everything was fine and perfect with all the nurses and staff who spoke Spanish, and that's what I need. I need to be attended to in Spanish, and the doctor spoke Spanish too. She examined me and explained everything. It was great. Thank you.

They needed to refer me to a specialist for a basic procedure that most drs can perform in office (wart removal) requiring me to have two appointments and two copays for something when they could have totally just messaged me back in the portal saying set up an appt with a dermatologist who can actually treat you.
