Dr.Edwards asst. was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. ~ The lab tech was visibly frustrated that she had to take extra steps to resolve an issue, doubting that I knew what my insurance coverage would cover. I had to repeat 3 times which provider I used. I did not appreciate the doubt and the tone in which was used.

Good morning. One of the things that I would like to share is that from the time I walked into the office, the front office individuals was courteous, kind, and welcoming. By the time I got to the back office, the nurse was absolutely amazing. And then once I saw the doctor, she was amazing as well. So I had a really great experience for my first time coming into the office and came home and recommended this practice to several of my female family members who were looking for a primary care doctor. So the experience was amazing and I can't say enough about it.

Dr. Edwards is phenomenal! She is patient, answers all of my questions straight forward, very knowledgeable and compassionate. The lab tech waa amazing! 1 stick and blood work is done!
