I really appreciate Dr Edwards as my PCP. She listens and I never feel rushed. If I have questions requiring additional explanation, she takes the time to explain those things in a way I understand. She does not speak over my head where I need a medical dictionary to know what she is saying.

Yes, my interaction with Dr. Edwards, as usual, is always phenomenal. However, the medical assistant has a nasty attitude. She did not check my blood pressure correctly. She seemed annoyed when I advised her that I needed a few minutes just to chill before she checked my blood pressure. And she asked me about my eyes and if I wear glasses, and I told her only for an astigmatism in a joking way, and she copped a little attitude, and I was like, oh, my bad. You seem like you're having a bad day. So we'll just not go forward with that. And then when I was trying to get my blood drawn, I am a burn survivor, and there is only one place that I have blood drawn from, and I informed the flu.
