A text message should be sent to the patient prior to the virtual appointment to remind them to log into my chart, complete the visitation questions, and provide the patient with details on how to connect to the virtual meeting. The office admins should not have to call patients and walk them through the virtual process.

Dr. Edwards is amazing. She's very attentive. She listens to what my needs are and what my concerns are and addresses them in real time. Always lets me send her messages via chat and or the online services and gets back to me very quickly. I appreciate her expertise and knowledge and anyone that she's referred me to to make sure that my health is optimal. And I look forward to working with her for many more years to come. Thanks.

I really loved my encounter with Dr. Erica. She was amazing. She gave great information, probably one of the best doctor's visits that I've had with a doctor. My only feedback would be for your front desk staff. Upon checking in, when you're coming to a new office, you may have a lot of questions because you may not understand the processes or understand the procedures. It seemed as if the front desk assistant or receptionist was irritated by my questions. So that would be the only feedback that I would definitely suggest for improvement. Dr. Erica was great, didn't have any issues with her. However, front desk staff, when checking in patients, it was rude. So I wanted to be sure to let you know that.

The offices should have paper copies of documents patients are required to sign if requested. Signing digital is an advancement but everyone should be entitled to have a copy for their own records. Also if the office is asking for patients to arrive 15 minutes before their actual appointment they shouldn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone's time is precious.

Dr. Edwards is a fantastic PCP. She is compassionate, attentive to questions and concerns.Everyone from the front office, to the nurses and the lab tech are very nice. Front office tries to be as accommodating as possible to scheduling, which I appreciate because of the distance, usually an hour depending on traffic, that I have to drive.

I did not have a good appointment with the PA Erica. I felt rushed & not a thorough examination today. The assistant test that taken my vital signs & asked me about my information in my records regarding medication, etc was very good. Taken my Blood Pressure a second time with a manual cuff that registered my usual normal BP & good customer service.
