I got there at my time. I was left in the waiting room for over 1 hour. As though I was forgotten about until I asked the Receptionist. After she checked, then someone came and got me and kind of rushed me through my appointment. Did not listen to the medication that I needed. That nurse She tell me that i'm asking for too much.wait did a doctor come in.

And she felt like a mom, a sister, or even a family member that cared. You know, she didn't go along with what I said. She's like, no, this is what it is. It was amazing. And not only that, too, her staff went far and beyond to contact me when there was a schedule change, which I so appreciate. And I thank so much for, I think her name was Carissa Smith or Charisma Smith. I'm not too sure. I'm sorry if I'm butchering her name, but she was amazing as well. I hear patients say all the time that no one told them that they would be charged extra for certain things. Dr Edwards listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. upon arrival 5 minutes prior to the time requested to arrive, I was asked to sign something which was not made available to me to read before my signature was requested. I received a printed document. This covers the venue for late or absent appointments. These disrespectful clients are penalized for their tardiness. I was taken to a room where vitals were recorded. The visit was scheduled for 9:45am. At 9:56am the person who took the vitals entered and asked if the physician had been in to see me. NO. A 10:06am the physician arrived. I expressed my irritation at being asked to sign the late arrival form only to inquire - what recourse does the client have if the appointment by the physician is over 15 minutes late? It was then the unit manager was asked to come speak with me. The manager was not in the office and I spoke with the person assigned to act on her behalf. Once it was resolved that a face to face with the manager will be arranged, I once again waited for the physician was recalled to the room. The official time of the appointment began 45 minutes after the scheduled visit was scheduled. As of this writing - I have not had my interaction with the unit manager.

upon arrival 5 minutes prior to the time requested to arrive, I was asked to sign something which was not made available to me to read before my signature was requested. I received a printed document. This covers the venue for late or absent appointments. These disrespectful clients are penalized for their tardiness. I was taken to a room where vitals were recorded. The visit was scheduled for 9:45am. At 9:56am the person who took the vitals entered and asked if the physician had been in to see me. NO. A 10:06am the physician arrived. I expressed my irritation at being asked to sign the late arrival form only to inquire - what recourse does the client have if the appointment by the physician is over 15 minutes late? It was then the unit manager was asked to come speak with me. The manager was not in the office and I spoke with the person assigned to act on her behalf. Once it was resolved that a face to face with the manager will be arranged, I once again waited for the physician was recalled to the room. The official time of the appointment began 45 minutes after the scheduled visit was scheduled. As of this writing - I have not had my interaction with the unit manager.

From the moment I met Dr. Edwards, she has told me the truth and nothing else. And she made me feel so comfortable. And I trust her to know that she's giving me the best advice ever. And she felt like a mom, a sister, or even a family member that cared. You know, she didn't go along with what I said. She's like, no, this is what it is. It was amazing. And not only that, too, her staff went far and beyond to contact me when there was a schedule change, which I so appreciate. I got there at my time. I was left in the waiting room for over 1 hour. As though I was forgotten about until I asked the Receptionist. After she checked, then someone came and got me and kind of rushed me through my appointment. Did not listen to the medication that I needed. That nurse She tell me that i'm asking for too much.wait did a doctor come in.
